I'm Niharika Pathak, student of BA Prog psychology, batch 24. i havent received my sol books which were supposed to be delivered to me a month ago. i went to the post office as well but they said they dont have my books with them .

I have withdrawn my admission on 14th November 2022 because I got admission in Jesus and Mary College under NCWEB.
I got an official letter from DU-SOL regarding admission cancel and fees refund.
But now it has been more than 4 months and I have not got my fees refund. Also I have visited the DU-SOL centre 2 times and submitted my documents but no response till now...

please check the below screenshotas i have paid fees on DU SOL website for 5th semester via using net banking but its got failed or amount has been deducted from my account and got the debit message as well now i am checking my fees status its still showing pending please advise what to do in this case 8 days is above money not refunded till now what should i do? form last date is coming plz do some....

SOL just release its results for semester 4 in which i was marked absent for hindi A even though i submitted the assignment within time mentioned, i also have proof of submitting the assignment within the time mentioned but still they showed it as absent....

I am Akhil Thakra from Meerut last i take admission in school of open learning delhi but due to some personal reason i need to cancel my admission.According to sol prospectus i have canceled my admission within 15 days of admission and i have got a confirmatiopn letter that my admission was cancelled from sol and fee was refunded soon and i got that letter On 7th dec 2020 but the fee was not refunded yet.

SOL B.A. Programme fee Payment money deducted from my account, and no fee receipt generated from SOL side, even no confirmation message or email received. Total amount deducted of 1510 from my payment account.

I have tried to submit admission form for bcom on 31.10.2020 .All the documents completely submitted.

But at the time of fees payment of Rs 4040/-..payment page was stucked and amount of Rs 4040/- is debited from my sbi account . I am attaching herewith snapshots of form and message received from bank. Also there is no payment option is not available at end of the form whenever i am login.

I am a student of sol b.com (P) having enrolment number[protected]. I jave made a payment of demand letter of my 2nd year admission on 16.11.2019 at 10:58pm. The amount got deducted from my account but the site reflected that payment got failed.
Kindly provide me my amount as a refund so that i will be able to fill the form again as early as possible the furthur details would be mentioned on image attached.

Last year i got my admission cancelled for bcom 1st year and claimed for refund of my money. After that its going to be an year and the account section of north campus has done nothing in this concern. I had been there many times for this issue but what all i got was false hopes. Now i am very much frustrated with their work. So please do something in this favour otherwise i've lost every hope of getting my money back...

I did my graduation from SOL in the year 2009 with SOL ROLL NO[protected] and exam roll no 2382180 . They said that they posted my degree on 02/14/2012 which I still didn't get it. I got back in Business Mathematics and Fundamentals of Investment exam in 6th semester for which I had applied for the revaluation (with charges of Rs. 1000 each), but, a lot of time have passed now and there is no updates regarding the result of the revaluation, only one list has been released from sol side and my name is not listed in both the revised and non-revised list. As we hoped that the second list got issued on Dec last or in the first weak of January, but, Feb is going to end and there is no updates regarding this. I also tries to contact examination branch of du sol through mails and calls but there is no response, as I am far away from my home, I cannot be able to reach the sol centre, but this is really a money minded policy of du sol examination branch they only wanted to get the money irrespective of the future of the students it is the worst university and i got the worst experience, I just want to know about the details of my exam with the proof.

I am student of DUSOL(NORTH CAMPUS) SOL Roll number is[protected], Name- Pankaj Arora, In my second year fees there was fees deducted two times but DuSOL IT staff said we were not received any extra fees but i have all the proofs regarding this please do something as soon as possible.

I have given the grade F in my history 3rd sem paper my roll no. is [protected] i have given it for rechecking for 1000 inr there is no information yet about my passing in that subject and any of the change in that subject.
i have given a F grade in 4th sem result in pol science and i am confident enough that i have written sufficient material to get passed in this subject as well.
now as my previous rechecking result is still pending i dont know shall i go for rechecking in this semester result too cause there is no updation no information nothing about the results.

I made payment on aug 2, 2023 but it failed. When i called to helpline no. They were say it will be updated. But till now i don't get refund nor any update.

I have made payment for registration of 3rd year.Firstly on 22.11.2022. This payment has been debited from my bank but not received to college. So I went to DU SOL North Campus Office and they said that please make the payment one time more. And you will get the refund of that amt. which has not been received by us in 10-15 days. I have made the second payment on[protected] and same has been received by them. And today it is[protected], approximately 6 months have gone and till now I don't have received my refund. I also visited the above mentioned office on 17.01.2023 for refund then also they said the same thing that you will get the refund in 10-15 days. I request you to please solve this issue asap. Hi,
This is regarding my marksheet from School of Open Learning where they are asking me bribe of Rs. 16500 and sending my documents to WES which is no where mentioned on website.

Despite taking 4000 for all the process, now they are asking me additional money
They denied giving my marksheet as told my parents to share my location as I am not in india and asked my mom to collect it.

Please help!
