SSLC certificate correction

SirI submitted my original SSLC certificate for the correction of DATE OF BIRTH on 08/04/2014 file no:EX/BB2/28601/.But still the certificate wasnot returned back to me.I call many times the phone is ringing there is no answer.So I go to pareekshabhavan 3 times the security dont allow to see anybody.From the Information centre first say after 10 days they will send it second time say there is construction in the room.Today I go there they are saying HOD is not there u come after some days.I want to take a Passport for going abroad without this i can't do any thing Sir please send my corrected SSLC certificate to this adress

Sir,
I had completed SSLC on 2005 and got my certificate. While taking out my certificate from file some of the prints got pasted on the file and the certificate got damaged. What all procedures i have to do for the certificate correction. Also inform me the time period required for it.

Sir,
I had sent request to get duplicate SSLC certificate. My SSLC certificate photo lost. Certificate has no other damage. I have sent that certificate with Talikulam Govt high school principal's letter to get a duplicate. I sent it from Talikulam post office on 11 March 2015. I didn't get it yet. All other certificates requested even after mine from this school is received. PLease let me know what is the status of my request. I tried to get on phone but most of the time it is not attended. If somebody attended, they informed to call on another number which is not answered. Please do the needful.

Respected sir,
I'm lekshmi s Nair . And I submitted my sslc certificate for date of birth correction in the month of December 2018. But I didn't receive any follow up information or till today I didn't get my certificate back. I need my original certificate for my university registration purposes . Without the original documents they wouldn't allow as to do my registration. Can you please pay little bit attention about this issue.
