Sir, I had sent request to get duplicate SSLC certificate. My SSLC certificate photo lost. Certificate has no other damage. I have sent that certificate with Talikulam Govt high school principal's letter to get a duplicate. I sent it from Talikulam post office on 11 March 2015. I didn't get it yet. I submitted my SSLC original certificate for correction in my name on 21.12 2012 at special Adalat conducted at Kalpetta, Wayanad, Kerala (File No BC495478).
