St.Paul's International School — Non refund of the Provident Fund

Respected Sir

I,Manpreet Sodhi had worked as a teacher in St.Paul"s International School,Phase-6,Mohali(Punjab) from April 2005 to July 2007.The school used to deduct my share of Provident Fund from my salary.It is almost 6 years now that I had left the job of this school but didn't receive back the Provident Money till now.Actually the school authorities have not submitted my papers to the provident fund office.I have contacted the principal and the chairman of this school several times in this regard,they give some or the other excuse and the fact is that I have till date not received any cheque from the provident fund department.To a surprise,I have come to know that many people who were working with me there and have left the job are facing the same problem.Actually what I have come to know that the school has not completed some paper work with the Provident Fund department(that is school's problem)I,need my hard earned money back.Please help me as it is a matter of great harassment .
