Schwing Stetter India — Improper Service for Machineries - Reg

I am S.Parthibarajan from Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu. I have two
SLM 4000 machines from Schwing Stetter, I have AMC for both Machineries which i renew every year. The service was good till last year until Schwing Stetter directly handled service facility. when service part is given to SSSH Equipment's it became total collapse that nobody is responding even to phone calls. When i call them for Service they are so lethargic that we have shortfall of Technician so it may take more than a week to address the issue.
Please take necessary actions on this issue
