Dear Mr. Tayagi/Schwing Team,
The excavator breaks down on 10 april and we have intimation to you on 11 april morning. But you have not provided engineers on 12 to 14 april at our work site. I agree with you, your engineer reached 15 april at our work site. I am asking only one thing nobody to attend our complaint or respond to 12 to 14 April. I mean to say 3 days you have not responded to us. Finally the engineer reached on the 15th and our operator talked about the machine heating up regularly. Mr. Tayagi is your engineer's duty to check the radiator first because it's a very common or small process when any machine is heated then check the radiator, Fan, and belt but your engineer does not check the same in the first attempt. The engineer guesses the ideas only like water body damage, weather is hot than machine heat up because he is not fully knowledgeable about machines. It's like a formality to check the machine.
You mention your mail about the Head Gas Kit.When the first day your engineer reached our site and checked the machine The head gas kit is ok. It's your engineer's fault to damage the head gas kit because he works on behalf of guesses only.
All processes are done by your engineer like Head gas kit change, pump, belt etc. check but problem not resolved.
Mr. Tayagi is the process done by your engineer on the be half of ideas.
I can't understand why nobody checks the Radiator.
Mr. Tayagi ji is the first process to check the radiator when any Machinery heats up.
After all the process your engineer decided the radiator chowk. It's a joke for us.
I think your engineers are not well trained and have no full knowledge about machines.
My suggestions to the Schwing team please train properly and arrange practice classes for engineers.
Mr Tayagi you blame us in your mail regarding Service schedule 2000hrs coolant not change than radiator chowk.
For your kind information please check your record all service schedules done by your engineers.
If engineers do not change coolant or any items according to the service schedule then it's Schwing engineers fault. It's not our responsibility.
You blame us 2000hrs coolant not to change i have attached a bill in attachment 10 ltr coolant mention in the bill.
It means Schwing Engineers fault can't change Coolant.
Mr Tayagi we have arranged material only, it's your engineers responsibility to properly follow the service schedule.
I think Schwing Engineers do work or service as a formality.
Mr. Tayagi for your kind information we have to follow the service schedule on time.
Tayagi ji please dont blame customers for service or any issue.
Schwing Team i am very disappointed or harassed by your service and your team behaviour.
Our Excavator problem is not resolved till date.
The Schwing team please take necessary action and resolve the complaint today or tomorrow because today's 11th days did not resolve the problem.
Otherwise I sent all documents or records to our advocate and file case in consumer Court because I am very harassed and bearing loss everyday.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We use excavator XE 210 at our site udaipur vati Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) for the last one year on the Name of Karani Udhyog.
The excavator broke down in the last 10 days. We have regular follow up with Mr. Kamlesh Choudhary and Mr. Sandeep Tayagi to provide a service advisor or engineer at our work site.
But both can't pick calls. Sometimes pick calls that do not provide a full response or do not provide any solution like not provide service advisor or engineer Numbers. At the time of sale your Sales advisor gets big promises regarding service or etc.
But at the time of service all promises are zero, like big zero zero. It means all are formalities at the time of sale Excavator.
You know we have to suffer and bear loss for the last 10 days. We have four Excavators Two Tata and Two JCB at our different sites and it's not possible to shift the excavator one to other sites. Both Tata and JCB provide better service for example any issue our Both Excavator than provide next day engineer or service advisor at work site. But you can't provide engineers for the last 10 days. It was a very bad experience with Schwing.
I think it's a very big mistake we have purchased Schwing Excavator. In future we have not trusted Schwing Excavator and did not guide or suggest to any one to buy Schwing Excavator because your service and support are very bad or worse.
I ask only one question who bears my 10 days loss.
Also please take necessary action against Mr. Kamlesh choudhary and Mr. Sandeep Tayagi because both do not support the customer end.
Please take necessary action and resolve my issue otherwise we have to take action against Schwing.

I Purchased Schwing Stetter Concrete Mixer 4.3 MQ and Spend 44 Lakhs, I noticed they Deployed 4MQ Machine after 4months later. I didn’t expect this service form this Organisation, I suggest other customers not to buy this company mixer.

The newly purchased machine SLM 4600 is not producing 4.6Cum as per brochure whereas it is producing maximum upto 3.5Cum.

I Ramakant purchased a wheel loader in the month of February 2021. There are various technical faults that the loader is suffering from and the machine is not working. I have conveyed my grievances to the service engineer but he is not attending the call now. I am suffering from a heavy loss as the loader is breakdown now and the bank loan is getting huge and huge for me.
Currently loader is at Krishnashila Project, NCL, Distt- Sonebhadra (U.P.).

Please send a service engineer at the earliest.
Please provide necessary service at the earliest and take necessary action to my problem.

My swing stetter going to be 1 year shortly has run only about 700 hrs, serviced regularly as per schedule advised is stuck on highway today when moved to work site. My driver sujests of diesel flow blockage. Do record my complaint for servicing at the earliest as we have promised the vehicle for a new work from today...

I complaints regarding H1J Newly Installed Plant.
I was communicate with Schwing Tach Ashokbhai but I will not get any result.
1. Baching Time is more than 25 min for 7cm.
2. Bach cabin Celling Fan not working from 1st day.
3. DOOR Spring Not Working From 1st day.
4. Baching Cable not installed Properly.
5. Plant Related issues is written in ATTACHMENT File.

I request you to get results as soon as possible.

We (Sunflower power energy pvt ltd, rajasthan) are first coustmer in 2020 of schwing setter india pvt ltd.. We purchased slm 2200 self loader concrete mixer machine.. Mr neeraj sharma her sale's managers (Asm) commitment us to send foc spare parts worth rs 70, 000 but till date not send... He is trying to cheat us on behalf of company..

This is not good health for product schwing setter in india

Our company is having 2 slm 4000 machines under the name of m/s venus buildtech india pvt ltd. Which are working in pune. Yesterday there was a mechanical fault in one of our machines. We contacted the company and they connected us to service support pune. As the vehicle was not under warranty so the representative of service support pune told us that there will be a service charge for a service engineer to visit and check. We agreed and also mentioned our case to service support representative to handle on priority as some urgent work is going on. Ms abhilasha ketan khopade the representative of service support pune sent us the quotation over email yesterday at 6 pm. We sent the payment details as well as the work order in the morning as there office was closed. We have called for 4-5 times and it’s been 4 hrs but there’s no reply from there side. Customers are being fooled out here. Is this the after sale service that schwing stetter has for their customers? Kindly look into it very seriously and pls change such employees if they don’t know how to respond back to their customers. Quotation payment details and work is being attached. Hoping for a quick action with better service.

We had purchased concrete batching plant m 1 25 x1552900 date 8.3.2018 for our manawar dehri road site. We are very happy with your erection and service team for such a poor service.
Many of our issues are un attended and even after full erection you are not providing service engineer for a succesfull run for the plant so that our operator gets used to its functioning. Kindly do the needfull asap

This is from rms ready mix concrete bangalore, i've given my 2 new tata vehicle for the installation of drum they took 3 days to do it and they had sent a quotation with kirloskar engine but now they have fitted mahindra engine so i've told them to change its already been 10 days so take action on ur bangalore whitefield plant.

We m/s venus buildtech india pvt ltd purchased a machine ie slm 4000 from m/s schwing stetter india. It’s not even a year old and it breaks down every other week. Although the service was good in starting few weeks but now they don’t even ans our calls. Is this the way u give your customers after sale services? Mr vipul mishra was the person who sold us the machine and there is no response from his side. Kindly resolve this problem as these regular breakdowns are causing a lot of trouble for our work.

I have got my pan card in the year of 2001 from banglore. No AFIPB5998P. When i make a on line submission it says PAN CARD NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST IN THE DATA.
