Sir, my csd smart card no GB[protected]H01 has been expired on Oct 2020. I have to purchase car and done payment to csd depot also. When I have gone for txn they told your card has been expired. I request to extend validity for 2 months as to complete my txn. I have already applied for new csd card fm surya canteen.

Sir, my csd smart card no GC[protected]S00 has been expired. I have to purchase car and done payment to csd depot on 23rd December 2020. When I have gone for txn they told your card has been expired. I request you to process my new card so that I can purchase it before March 2021. I am also paying the interest of my money as I had taken loan from bank and that money has been transferred to CSD canteen. I have already applied for new csd card from Dehradun canteen. My application number is: 0560564

This is to bring to your notice that old canteen smart card expired on 31 Jan 21 due to completion of my present engagement in service. I had applied for new smart card and on receipt I applied for updation of my smart card ( GA[protected]Y02) on online portal. However it is showing awaiting admin approval.
This is to mention that my old card was already registered in the portal. This is just updation of card no.
From Jan 21 I was not able to purchase any costly item through canteen.
In view of the above it is my sincere request that please look into the issue and resolve it under intimation to me on registered email ID.

I had submitted completed canteen smart card application at PRC Ramgarh on 11.12.2020 and and got the SMS from Smart Chip, Noida on 04.03.2021, confirming the receipt of my application. But I have no information about further development regarding issuance of CSD card. I have visited several times but no satisfactory response from officials at PRC Ramgarh till date. Please let me know the the status of my application/card.

I have applied for online registration for CSD AFD online portal on[protected] at 1230 hrs. Till date the portal shows awaiting admin approval. My Grocery Smart card( GC[protected]) and valid till[protected] Pay Band above 4 Pay Matrix 15. On calling at SCPL customer care number at[protected], it always gives busy reply. When admin approval will be conveyed to me.
