Myself Shila bordekar, widow of late Shripad bordekar. I have applied for 64kb new smart card in july 2021 as my old card was outdated. I have also received a sms on 11th october 2021 that my card is ready.I have also contacted them and find out that my card was despatch on 21st oct from pune. The file number i received in my sms is S/PUN/91652.

I AM CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOWING UP WITH PANAJIM OFFICE FOR DELIVERY OF MY SMART CARD, BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY THAT ITS NOT RECEIVED.

Does it take 6 months for the card sir? Does it take 2 months to arrive in goa?? We need your help. This process of renewing card is very slow and there is no proper response too from the administration. Please look into this matter as we are tired following up and need the card for our daily needs.
