Sir it's a humble request to pls take the return of my purchase regarding the back case of my smartphone samsung a7 which i had been recieved on 9th march... I have tried calling ur customer service number but no responds yet. So i am willing forward to get my refund initiated as soon as possible of rs 1099. And pls do respond with a positive reply on dis number [protected] (Ebrahim y) or u can also contact me on my a alternate number which - [protected]

I purchased a phone cover from screenguards india based on it given description. In description it said that the cover is with intelligent sleep and wake function and was of rs 199 as a scheme was running. It was an attractive discount offer. I received the cover in about 3 to 4 daya time. But when i checked, cover was a total dummy and had no intelligent feature. I called up the company and informed same to them and requested for exchange. The call center employee said that they cannot exchange as it was purchased under the scheme. A point to note, " on their main webpage they say the return or exchange any product with first 10 days - no questions asked". Upon insisting the call center employee said that she will take this matter up and get someone call me shortly to discuss the matter. I agreed but no one called. The next day when i called them they instantly refused the return or exchange.
I was given weong information on their webpage and then was delivered wrong product which company is refusing to take back.

Sir i ordered cover for my phone samsung s9 but from the date of order i haven't got any confirmation message i already done payment online transaction id :[protected] it's not getting delivered daily i am writing mail to screen guards india but nobody replying only they are assigning ticket no, i dont what to do whom to call, but one thing i am sure this is the worst company and customer support i have seen in my life i dont know what should i do kindly advice

The product was looking in picture like its glass... But when it came it was a rubber... The the colour of covers border is fancy blue nd glazy so... Its looking cheap. I just want my money back. Im disappointed about the product. Its not blue colour, this product is avialable here in 250 rupees... You are charging 699 for tjis cheap product. Kindly return it.

I got a delivery yesterday... But the product is like usable and damage... How the fake n fraud company is this... This issue is serious because excecutive also not coperating with us... Make a no of calls... How much time we should make a call... Asking for a manager... The reply is coming from excecutive that no manager is availiable on the floor...#... M taking this issue to the consumer court..

But the product is different that was displaying in ads. It was shown as radium illuminated back cover but the back cover is not illuminated as mentioned so now i want to return this product and refund of my money. Kindly arrange to refund my money as soon as possible.

The worst place to but a product from. I order a cover from this website in june 2018, dint received the product till july 2018. It took almost a month for the product to get delivered. But when i received the product it was not at all worthy enough for 1100rs. I asked the company to refund the money, they sent a confirmation mail for the same but afte 2 months i receive a call from them that it is not possible for them to refund the money so they requested me to buy another product from them and in place they will provide me a 3d toughened glass for free if i purchase a product from them instead of a refund. Because i dint trusted the cover quality i was afraid to buy another product but to save my 1100 bucks i bought a new one for 2000 rs. When i got the cover, there was no toughened glass there. I asked them about this so they apologised for the same and asked me which color toughened glass i want? After looking at the pic i choosed a black color toughened glass and they booked a black color toughened glass but i got a white one instead. Also the quality of their cover is too bad that it has already been degraded within two weeks. Is that what you expect from a cover of 2000rs?? Is that what you expect from a company like screenguard india??

Order given on dt 28th august 2018 order no #[protected]. After received order its get damage material so product refunded and request for payment refund but still they dont given payment refund to me. When i call to customer care they update payment is initiated but i dont which mode of payment is use. Still payment not reflected in a/c.

I thing this fake company therefore not refunded payment.

I commander amit marwah placed an order on 29th jul 18 against order id - [protected] for vaku sansung note 5, polarized cover glossy edition pc 4 frame + back cover, however to my surprise not only the product was fake but also only back cover (Cheap plastic) was sent by the company. I returned the product in intact condition with box packing within 10 days as the screen guards website prominently displays 10 days refund policy without any questions but till date it turns out to be only harrassment to customer without any visibility of refund.

Till date i have sent 04 reminders to customer care team of mr rahul/ms sakshi but its been close to 02 months neither there is any response nor do they confirm any further timelines. It is submitted management of screen guards need to deliberate that there is very thin line in building credentials and branding in online business instead of non committal and false approach to harrass customers. I request the management to process the refund and close this cases.

I ordered a product and the company sent a wrong one. When I raised a complaint, they suggested that it will be refunded within 48 hours. However, it's been more than 96 hours now and no one has come to pick the wrong product.
When I contacted them through customer care number, they kept telling me that it will be done today, will be done today for three consecutive days. When I contact them through email, they don't reply.
I strongly suggest to not buy product from this company. My last complaint number is 88234756.

I have ordered a screen cover and received the product but i did not like the product and returned on same day. Product received by screen guard company. Now they are not refunding the money or reseeding the product. I would request you to take action against this company. I have been trying to reach this company but no one is responding. But it is not suitable to oopo a83 model. Before try to sell all these type of items from your "screen guards india"company, atleast check with your oppo a83 model mobile once.

2. But u sent message to my mobile it will be delivered on 01/09/2018
3. But that blue dart "superiors" again sent a message to my mobile on 04/09/2018, and they are also sent like

"blue dart awb#[protected] is undelivered since you weren't available. To reschedule, please call [protected] from 9am-9pm mon-sat"

4. Finally that bluedart "experts" delivered this product on 05/09/2018 by evening 6.00pm

Screen india is a big fraud company, they will deliver you worst product and when u return them, they will say they have received damaged product and refund can not be given, when i returned my product it was in intact condition but they r saying they received damaged, and will not refund customer care managed by unprofessionals, who. Will. Use abusive language.

Dear friends,
Dont buy anything from this company. They are fraud. I ordered mobile back case and immediately cancelled my order as i have other requirement. I sent mail to screen guard more than 20 times and called more than 50 times. First of all they are not picking the call and refund of amount is not initiated.

I have ordered back cover of vaku for redmi note 5 pro, double-stitch of black color, but received blue color. The quality of item shown on site is altogether different from actual received product.

I had paid rs. 800 against the product and further return the package as it is, collected by courier services authorized by the screen guard company but still no status updated shared by the company.

Dear sir this product is not good
Product is fakeam very disappointed with the product delivered to me. I see the product looked entirely different on the site. Attached are the photos. If the product differs from the site, they should be notifying us. When the customers pay a price for the products, they should ensure they deliver a good quality product. As shown below, sneakers colour is grey and wedges are of black colour, and they mention on the site that they refund the products. Seems more like the tactic used to fool the customers and gulp their money.
