I have purchased the arctic air cooler from scroll hub, shopscrollstreet.com, however the product I received is in some parts in broken condition n also the product I found is not as usefull as advertised.however I emailed to them regarding refund n mentioned the product received not in good condition on the same day of receipt of product .I received reply from them send photos, I replied with photos but they have not replied regarding refund or replacement either.
