Product delivered is defective. Mobile contact no. Available on sight is reported as switched off. No other mechanism for return of goods is available. Complaint logged on given email address of alphaglee support is unresponded. Unable to understand, what to do. Company apparently is engaged in malpractices of selling defective/ incomplete products to the customers. Highly deplorable....

I made online order @scrollhub for Cozydesk and payment made too...no response yet on shipment of order... despite reminders, no response. i could hv got item by this time thru other online shopping portals like amazon/flipkart etc.
Caution buyers not to buy any items from this site... please make sure you buy only based on review on services part of any online shopping sites...

I have purchased the arctic air cooler from scroll hub, shopscrollstreet.com, however the product I received is in some parts in broken condition n also the product I found is not as usefull as advertised.however I emailed to them regarding refund n mentioned the product received not in good condition on the same day of receipt of product .I received reply from them send photos, I replied with photos but they have not replied regarding refund...

Ordered m size hot belt. Delivered me xxl size. Contact number is not reachable. Trying contacting the company. No reply since today. They hv a policy of just 3 days return after delivery. I dnt know what to do. Plz do something as soon as possible. I want to return this product. Xxl size is of no use for me. I need m size. If can return then please change the size of item...

I didn’t received replacement for my ordered power bank one month back. My order no is 25952. The product not in working condition so I sent it back through bludart courier service to their Delhi address they have not responded so far not provided replacement or refund amount ..I send so many mails no reply so far .. they have not provided customer care number also.....
