[Resolved] Sdm Organization — payment not received, no regard for other people's work | |||||
The job was to do cold calling/appointment setting for their solar campaign. It lasted only for 2 weeks, as per steve wylde on 17 nov 2018 “ i am not happy about the service you guys deliver and it’s so irregular in the system. You will get paid next what you are working for. I need to look at it about your timing an all. And i will update the asap thanks.” We didn’t get any update so i took the liberty of asking him for the “update”. His reply 29 november 2018 “hello everyone! We are sorry to inform you guys we have deleted the campaigns list by one of our team leaders we can’t take out your reports on time. Because of the delay.” “please send us an invoice, [protected]@gmail.com at the rate of $10 per qualified leads and we will close this chapter. Ones you send an invoice keep me posted thanks” Waiting to get paid for the 8 qualified leads i managed to get within 2 weeks is impossible with this man because he is a man of many excuses. I tried to search online for reviews for this sdm organization and found an interesting review here about steve wylde or steve thokchom avoiding payment of the qualified leads generated by centers. His strategy was to change the process rules and conditions just to avoid payment. Had the same experience, reason why i only got 8 qualified leads. It is a waste of time trying to ask questions or clarifications about the rules or conditions because what you get from him is unreasonable, illogical answers to every question you ask. Sent another message on 29 march 2019 and he replied "i promise you i will do it now" but as expected he did nothing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Sep 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved This could've been avoided if you paid us according to what is due to us. We gave you enough time to sort things out just as you've asked. Stop calling someone a liar just to prove you have a point and derail people. You wouldn't have any complaints if you did your part. You don't hire people to work for free. Whatever happens to your business is none of my business, if the project was cancelled so be it, you should have paid us accordingly. | |||||

Grace Porras you are a big lair .if you have a prof that you have send an invoice correctly please show us the prof and add a screen shot of that invoice which we agreed for $80 .Before you complaint please learnt how to send an invoice, sending us 3or 4 times bogus invoice how you will get paid, that's why i told you stop sending an invoice.The day you send an invoice correctly on the same day you get paid .Please provide me the proof if you send an an correct invoice to us .Thank you .

What is the problem with you now again ? You already got the money on what we agreed ? It’s been more than a year . If you have a problem contact me Steve. If you send the correct invoice you will get paid . But first you have to learnt sending a correct invoice you have sent 4 invoice which is bogus . How can we pay you ? Before you complaint make sure you have to work your home work first . That’s why I call you as a lair. The day when you send a correct invoice you already got a payment Even I already posted the screenshot about the payment check it out . If you still have a problem contact me .
We agreed that we delay the payment because the projects was closed due to you performance and not only you your team mates are not working regularly and performance is zero it’s not helping the company anymore it’s wasting my time an money . And that’s why I closed the projects . If everything is settle down right . What is the point of taking again an again now . I wish you all the best . Even the complaint is already resolved .
