Steve thokchom run the solar project and few centers worked for him. Surprisingly, teams worked hard but at the time of payment. He started making excuses. Teams still gave him bod on first week and worked for other weeks as well. However, his strategy was to change the process rules and conditions just to avoid payment of the qualified leads generated by centers. Whenever, teams asked for queries and he never came with the resolutions but tried to give illogical answers. Jul 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Steve paid $60 for the last approved lead. However, payment is also pending from other leads which he will not be able to pay due to his xyz reasons. We did commitment to him that we will close the issue whatsoever he will pay for the leads. | |||||

Dear Steve, you have put everything on client side. The actual story is something else. Kindly go through the data, 50% of the efforts of my team failed due to your team internal mistakes. You are already aware of the same and accepted the same. We have all the detailed proofs with us.
1. You team missed to give update on the specific county part and we came to know after one week when we asked for the payment (after devoting one week on your project). Instead of releasing the payment, all the qualified leads marked under disqualified next week. This was internal team error not client error.
2. Your internal team member Raj Kumar Chingamba, missed to update the actual details of two leads generated in client sheet which they were referring to contact customer for visit. He misguided us when follow up was taken by us. This was not a client error and your team has already accepted their mistake.
3. You were supposed to pay double and you committed the same to us that will be in our account which also not received.
4. During this project, we have received payment of 2 leads only. We have devoted 3 weeks on your project. We are not asking that you pay for all the leads generated by us. At least pay for the leads which are not converted into sales just because of your internal team errors or you have committed the payment to us but not received yet.
5. Once you will provide the resolution, definitely we will take our complaint back. Thank you!

Hi Steve, thank you for transferring $60 to our account. Working with you was the worst experience. Whatsoever was the reason whether issue from client end or your team end. We are pretty much sure that issue was at your end as well because for us you were the POC of your team who made so many mistakes at that time. Rest, we are closing this because of the payment done for 1 lead. Apart from this, there were around 18 leads which were approved but not paid due to issue at your client end.

This is a very interesting review. Wish I’d seen this before deciding to work for this group, SDM Organization. Steve Wylde (not sure if that is even his real name) can’t be trusted and I can attest to his lack of professionalism and credibility. I am going through the same dilemma. He is indeed A MAN OF MANY EXCUSES. Asked him a couple of days ago about the payment and sent him my email address (which he already knew by the way) and he hasn’t replied. I only got a reply after sending him this message - Ignoring me will do you no good. We agreed on $80 payment for the approved leads for work I did last November 2018. I just hope this gets settled before MARCH 2019 ends.
Before you complaint think about your self what you did i cant make please 1000 people in a same time but i tried my best to fulfill you but you never send an invoice correctly to us thats the reason why you are not getting paid, the day you send an invoice correctly you get paid on the same day itself .i told you 10 times if you doesn't how to send an invoice .please stop sending an invoice, Think about your performance as well before you complaint .But still you are getting paid check the contract which we sign, the agents need to get atleast 2-3 leads in a day .Thats why we terminated you .check your invoice screenshot which is attached here .
Grace Porras from Philippines home based agents you are a big lair and a fraud .if you have a prof that you have send an invoice correctly in to our paypal account please show us the prof and add a screen shot of that invoice which we agreed for $80 .Before you complaint please learnt how to send an invoice, sending us 3 or 4 times bogus invoice how you will get paid, that's why i told you stop sending an invoice.The day you send an invoice correctly on the same day you get paid .Please provide me the proof if you send an an correct invoice to us .Thank you .
