[Resolved] Sdmc — Refund of Security Deposit

I had booked a community hall at Amberhai, Sector 19, Dwarka 21.06.2022 for a birthday function of my son and deposited total of Rs 27, 390 including security deposit of Rs 15, 000.

It has been already more than 6 months and I have not yet received the refund of security deposit.

I have been following through mails and phone and every time, I get a response that it will take 2 more months due to some IT issue or some other issue.

Kindly help to get the refund of security amount.

Complaint marked as Resolved

They told that file is pending for signature of higher authorities and soon payment will be made but nothing has been done yet. No phone or email received.

SDMC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
