Sdv (Cable Services) — asking money again for centre box | |||
I have purchased center box by paying 1800 rupees. Bill was not given asked several times. Now all channels are not coming only local channels i am able to see. They say i need to purchase new hd center box and i need to pay 1000 rupees for the new by returning the old setup box. Channels are not coming still i have to pay monthly bill where the bill is never given in last 10 years and i am asking all the time. People are very careless and rude. If any problem we have also they are not good and ask what you what me to do. This is only we would have. When i asked i am ok to stop your services what abt my 1800 paid for center box and even i paid twice installlation charges. 500 rupees twice. The person says i don't know all about that... Monthly bill also never been given and mentioned there is no such system in place as he just provides for our area and no bills would be given. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sep 16, 2019 Updated by Madhavkarasa Yesterday evening also meet the cable operator and asked. He is very impolite and answer was not at all in a correct manner. He still forces me to pay 800 rupees as there is software update old boxes would not work.  | |||
