Your local excutive not responding cals always showing only no signal worst network experience

Since many days most of the channels are not in proper condition. When contacted Srikakulam local help no the problem is with Vizag centre. Very particular to collect monthly subscription on due date. Otherwise line will be disconnected. Very poor service.

My HD channels not activated since last 15 days. No response from cable operator. Poor service. If same thing persists. With in a shot period SDV cable can be abolished.

Every Month they were taking Bill worth 300 Rs, even single month they were not providing the 100% service, last month even single channels not Came. For Complaint Purpose we did several calls even Single Phone is not answer. even when we went to office also response is not there

My self D. Srinivasarao your cable consumer at sujathanagar pendhurthy, your sujathanagar manager mr. Sobhan is intentionally disturbing in broadcast to my package, thare is no proper bill & details to me only, an example star spots 1 channel shows 19/- but he collected 30 /- on April 10th, now it was not broadcasting this date 7th, have u collect gst for total or individual channel wise, i[censored] give clarity with bill i can put it consumer foram,
He is removing some other channels like ngc, ndtv gt, gemini life, fox life, disc seince which were previous broadcasting
So plz do needful on this issue

We are facing problem since few days as the network is not prompt always as it's blur and no signal display and lightning sounds etc., Couple of days back when I complained some one attended and rectified but the problem repeated today. Im keep calling the given number(technician's) but he's not responding. Please send some one to rectify the complaint at the earliest possible. It is heard that there won't be no outing from Wednesday due to curfew hence please repair the lines wherever needed. Tdq

We are not getting the signal from morning onwards to the cable box

I have purchased center box by paying 1800 rupees. Bill was not given asked several times. Now all channels are not coming only local channels i am able to see. They say i need to purchase new hd center box and i need to pay 1000 rupees for the new by returning the old setup box. Channels are not coming still i have to pay monthly bill where the bill is never given in last 10 years and i am asking all the time.

People are very careless and rude. If any problem we have also they are not good and ask what you what me to do. This is only we would have. When i asked i am ok to stop your services what abt my 1800 paid for center box and even i paid twice installlation charges. 500 rupees twice. The person says i don't know all about that...

Monthly bill also never been given and mentioned there is no such system in place as he just provides for our area and no bills would be given.

I am registering compalint against sridevi network and gowda our setup box got repair on[protected] on that day to today[protected] i am calling continuously to the cable operator for giving complaint about setupbox was repair he lifted call first and said we send boy for repair on that day to today no one is came to our house we are calling continuously he is not lifting our calls sometimes we get swtoff and if he answer to our call ge saying the boy is coming or boy gone for lunch and other excuses as today my mother calls him he lifted and started shouted on my mom he is a unprofessional person and also bill collection boy name called vasu we shown the box to him he said repair will done before 8pm and he given his number we trusted on him and didn't check his number later 8pm we are called to that given number it was a wrong number that means the cable operator here is cheating to everyone

I have paid full amount of my subscription amount of 300 rs on 17/03/2019 ...but suddenly they stopped my setup box without information for last 5 days. When i asked for activation they asked again 300 rs for reactivation within 6 days gap yesterday again they collect 300 rs on 24/03/2019. But still they are not giving activation of set up box and not responding for phone calls ...i have tried to contact with sdv tv channels main office num:-[protected] for complaint register but no response from there it self too can you please help me out. my setup box num[protected]A2 what is this nonsense
If compliant and immediate action not taken by sdv heads.. i will take to this consumer forum ...

This is the first time we have faced with cable operator. We have paid bill on 6th march 2019 but the cable operator have stopped our network and when i spoke with the operator he spoke in a rash manner and spoke the same way with my mother too. I request sdv cable incharge or who ever it is please take back ur setup box n return back our amount. I have recorded every word which the operator spoke to me. I will complaint to the police on monday or on tuesday if my problem is not rectified and action to be taken on such uneducated & manner less people working under ur sbv visakhapatnam seethammapeta control.

Sds pack2 (B) 150+113 pack star sports-2, 3 is not coming in the package. Distributor issuing star sports telugu channel, total 290 package printed on the channel list, please solve my problem-otherwise i will take action in the consumer court. Sdv operators stopped cable prasaralu since 30 days. They are talking arrogent. But, the govt. Issued facility up to 31st march, 2019. It is very much neglegent of sdv cable. Selection option not giving to consumers, they are selecting their own channels. Sdv cable operators are going to against the government orders. Collecting too much money. Gst collecting 18%.

Sdv operator stop the tv channels (Line news etc) since 20 days. The govt. Have issued orders for selecting facility up to 31st march, 2019. But the sdv operator stop the prasarasu, not releasing news etc.,
They are selecting their channel. Selecting option not giving to customer. The sdv operators are arrogating. Stop the channels with out giving information

Very worst cable. Amount paid for hdsetup box on 2nd but still now connection not given. Not lifting phones. Where should i complaint. I given my old act tv set-up box and 1550 amount paid for new hdsetup box. Our area kurmanapaleam satavahananagar roadno1.in my area operator names venkatarao&naidu. Tomorrow i will giving police complaint for sdv channel if they not fixed. If they not fixed tomorrow please return my amount 1550 and my setup box.

Since from 24-07-18 no signal for cable in viman nagar. Kalyani nagar near airport visakhapatnam. Not respond any one. Nobody can lift the phone..
Kindly, look into this issue and rectify it as early as possible or we may loose the many of the customers from this area...

And also he is charging monthly 250 rs for the connection which is also not a reasonable price comparing to other area dealers.
Kindly, look into this issue and rectify it as early as possible or we may loose the many of the customers from this area.

Since from last night there is no signal for cable in pedha nadupuru, gajuwaka visakhapatnam. The same we questioned our dealer chinna (+91 [protected]), the way he answered to the customers is not at all acceptable.
And also he is charging monthly 250 rs for the connection which is also not a reasonable price comparing to other area dealers.
Kindly, look into this issue and rectify it as early as possible or we may loose the many of the customers from this area.

I am residing at vja. Our nearer cable operator area was devinagar. Our nearer channel operator was gandhinagar. Bouth are not responding at any time. Our cable connection stopped since 10th of this month. Gandhinagar office[0866-257 receptionist told"it was not our responsibility put the phone' our cable operator [ph [protected]]had told"i am informed ho they give connection with in 15 minits" always. Or he swiched off his phone. I dont know who are responsible for sdv cable at vja. Hoping that sdv cable was not able to serve the tv viewers at our vja. Why you are distrubing us, why you are lousing your business and goodwill. Shut the door here.

SDV Cable TV, VISAKHAPATNAM is very irresponsible in discharging their duties. We haven't got cable network for more than 24 hrs now. We tried contacting the staff but none was there in office during office hours to lift our calls. We were made to contact various people to get the corresponding area operator's number. Despite not responding to our calls, the operator negligently cut the call. his arrogant behaviour so hurt us. please do take action against him. We still did not get the connection after waiting for so long hours. The operator's name is Vivek

At the time of installing settop box SDV people charged me 2000 for box and remote and gave me used set when I asked them they told that they will replace if got repaired it worked for 11 months and 18 days before it got strucked they asked 700 for replacement. I paid them but till date they did not turned up and did not resumed my connection and not answering my call their mobile no is [protected]
