Sdv Cable Srikakulam — cable connection

Dear sir/madam, we are residents in kesavaraopeta jn, srikakulam dist having sdv connection since october 2017 but for last two months cable not working and the concerned person named raju ph [protected] is not responsible for continuous cable but only taking monthly money by goonda type without giving respect to customers. Any ways we offended for the cable service and he disconnect the cacle and not received the box also. We are facing so much difficult by accepting sdv through a waste management person like raju.

Please take action and give mail the status of it to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I wait for 15 days from now and if any response not came then i dont have other option but go to consumer court on entire sdv management.
