Seabird Tourist Bus — unsatisfactory service

My travel from shirdi to bangalore seems like hell. It says ac bus and the bus is so suffocating. The ladder to the upper berth has come out and there's no proper maintenance ofthe bus. Intervals are not given at proper time for consuming food and no tea break. Drivers seem like not having humanity. I requested them that my dad is a diabetic patient and heart patient as he has undergone bypass surgery and he needs a tea break and for urination as well.. Driver says he can't stop the bus till 10pm. The previous break was at 3pm. Never expected this kind of service of seabird tourists. Drivers should have some mercy towards passengers. Passengers are not their slaves. We are not taking any free service from the concerned tourist service. I have also paid 3000rs plus tax. They don't seem like humans at all. I recently lost my mother. If something happens to my father, will these drivers come and pay for it. My father has hyper acidity problem too. I too suffered from breathlessness on entering the bus. Hopeless service from seabird tourist. You people are service providers and if this is the kind of service you provide, you many have to close down your concern very shortly. I request you people to respect even a single rupee. Kindly educate your drivers how to treat the passengers. Advice them to be like humans and not like animals. Hope other customers don't experience the same from you in th3 future.
