I am writing to formally raise concerns about multiple issues we faced during our trip on February 4th (Ticket No. 7141175).
We had originally booked semi-sleeper seats (R5 and R6), but on the day of travel, we received a message stating that the bus had issues and we were moved to a sleeper bus with last-row seats. To make matters worse, when we called to check, a representative from Seabird simply stated that nothing could be done and suggested canceling the ticket. This last-minute change and lack of support were extremely frustrating.
Additionally, on our return trip to Bangalore, the driver forcibly made another passenger sit in our double seat, asking us to adjust. This is unacceptable, as we had paid the full ticket price and should not have been forced to accommodate another passenger.
I request strict action to be taken regarding these issues.
