complaint regarding issues faced during feb 4th trip (ticket no. 7141175)

Hello,

I am writing to formally raise concerns about multiple issues we faced during our trip on February 4th (Ticket No. 7141175).

We had originally booked semi-sleeper seats (R5 and R6), but on the day of travel, we received a message stating that the bus had issues and we were moved to a sleeper bus with last-row seats. To make matters worse, when we called to check, a representative from Seabird simply stated...

I had booked seabird bus from Belgaum to Bangalore: seat no 4L.

My drop location was selected as Devegowda petrol bunk but the bus staff forcefully dropped me off near their cargo office saying another bus will drop me but I waited for almost an hour and no bus came.

Worst customer service.

    Parcel missing Date[protected],

    We sent surgical item worth 26400/- through Seabird bus via paid service on 13-12-23 from Mangalore to Goa, but receivers (shetty eye Hospital) informed that they didn't get parcel on[protected]. We didn't get any updates from both MLR and Goa branches.
    Desirable resolution - requesting refund of 26400/-.

    below attached all documents about missing parcel any 2nos item and 2invoices inside that parcel.

      I had booked a ticket for seabird bus starting from gokarna to Bangalore. My boarding point was at Kumta. I made a call to driver to request to board me few km after the boarding point. But the driver talked very rudely and abused me.

      Please let me know what action you have taken against this. Else I will be taking legal action on abuse

        My suitcase got vitiated due to inadequate management and disregard of your bus staff. Therefore, I request quick action in this regard and ask for full payment for the damage caused to the suitcase. I departed

          Dear Sir,

          I booked a small but important cargo to my in laws to Yellapura (Uttar Kannad - district) on 15 November 2023 which Seabird confirmed guarenteed delivery next day i.e. on 16 November however we did not get the parcel at Yellapura on 16th November nor on 17th November and after multiple follow ups and visits the Person from Banaglore office over the phone[protected] confirmed that parcel was never sent from Bangalore, this is very very bad from Seabird and due to this negligence i faced lot of loss and face, request you to help me

            Regarding worst condition of Ac bus and kindly refund my half of the amount which I have been paid for travel

            I am unhappy with seabird travels.since i had paid the amount Ac bus and i had bad experience regarding this bus.the bus is in worst condition and the wire of the bus is lying out.it is very risky to passenger and their life.i want my half the amount which i paid to be refunded.since it was my bad experience in seabird.which i will not travel henceforth.so kindly take the strict action against the company and kindly pay...

                Hello,
                I was traveling from chikodi to Bangalore on 15th Feb. The bus was delayed around 40mins. But the main problem faced when the bus went brokedown, and the workers informed us to take other vehicles.
                I want my complete amount to be refunded, this was the very bad experience happened yesterday night.

                Since i had booked traveling from banglore to KALAGHATGI and my dropping point was KALAGHATGI. These sea bird bus dropped me at kiravathi the reason for this mistake is that the sea bird driver is telling that the passager has to infrom about destination and drive will not not read chart and i am very badly hart by this act. Next i am try not book ticket in sea bird travel company

                  The curtain lenght was short and did not cover entire seat lenght which kept disturbing at night. The window automatically opened as the bus moved and I had to close it frequently at midnight.
                  Also they changed the boarding point from ponda to madgaon at last movement even when they had given me the choice of selecting ponda while booking. This is unsatisfactory behaviour by seabird tourists.
                  Kindly look into it.

                    We booked AC sleeper bus for 4 tickets(middle sheet) from Goa to Bangalore[protected]. Bus Departure from Panjim is 5PM and the bus started after 6PM from Goa.
                    Around 7.30PM, the driver was telling the clutch is not working and we need to shift to other bus.
                    we were waited more than 2 hrs and they sent to other non AC sleeper bus and gave last birth sheet. whole night my kids did not sleep and they got injured in head and leg in this journey.
                    I assume the bus what we travelled is started with 9 passengers. so they made the drama as the bus got breakdown and sent us in other bus which is not filled with full seats.
                    Very bad experience I had in this bus travel. I won't suggest Seabird transport for long journey. In addition, around 12PM they stopped the bus for dinner and the hotel is very bad and the food is not good

                      Bus had to leave Bangalore to Gokarna on 23-12-22 at 11-00 pm from Anand Rao Cirlce. But after picking heavy Luggage and due to fault in the bus, they finally left Bangalore by 1-00pm.
                      Bus reached Kumta at 9-00 am in the morning and they stopped vehicle for more than 1 hour to unload the luggage!! Picking too much goods in passenger vehicles is highly unacceptable.
                      Very pathetic experience I had with this Seabird Tourist and won’t recommend in future to any one.

                          Was my first experience Maintenance not good hole night I was awakening bcz of bed bugs if I informed driver also there is no response from them and driver behaviour not good they were talking roodly. I booked in the morning but I got a booking confirmation msg @ night 8.30pm then what is the use of booking this bus.In future I never use this bus.

                            Money is debited and ticket is not booked

                            I have made 2 Payment for seabird tourist travel using Seabird app. The money is debited from my Bank account., But it is not confirmed yet in the seabird app. No tickets are booked and the money is debited. it's been more than 2 days still no response from seabird team.. I have been trying to contact them, they either tell that they will call back in 5 minutes and no response or they don't pickup the call...

                            I have travelled in Seabird from banglore to sagar.
                            I have booked my ticket to sagar.
                            Driver stopped bus at sagar private bus stand I asked him weather he will stop in front of sagar government bus stand, he told yes we will drop you there.
                            When bus is moving infront of sagar government bus stand driver refused to open cabin door he has locked passanger door from the front. Even I called him on mobile he didn't stopped bus till Siddapur which is almost 40 km away from Sagar.

                            This is a worst experience while traveling.

                              Terrible bus journey experience

                              Dear Seabird Tourists,

                              Last night I traveled on a Seabird bus from Goa to Bangalore PNR 6085584 & bus number KA-01 AJ-2461. It was on of my worst travel experiences by bus. The bus left frok Panjim at 8:15, but stopped for dinner at around 12 am, and the washrooms there were in a bad condition and stinking terribly.                               I have travelled in SeaBird bus from Bangalore to Chennai already 1 hour late for pickup and SeaBird bus employee behave very rudely and he refused to to drop the proper dropping point and say get down in before of some place, very very bad experience please Kindly suggest to not book this bus and not list out this kind of travels in Abhi Buss and RedBus Mobile APP, there is no safety for this bus no discipline.
