UPS left RMA drive on the corridor and left. No one signed for the delivery. The parcel disappeared. Seagate discharged responsibility by asking customer to liaise directly with UPS yet did not provide tel number o[censored]PS to contact. Seagate stopped replying my email. My faulty HD has been returned to Seagate but replacement drive has not been delivered. Was this information helpful? |
