Don't fell into the trap of lady Urmila. She is using third party tools to convert the pages which will be ultimately rejected by the end clients. Kindly don't respond to her. You will lose your money. This lady never provides her contact number because she knows that her work is rejected and people will call her and ask for refund.
Company is terminating all registrations who have leaked the pages to her and done conversion.

I don't understand what's the reason behind typing such a BS story how and to whom its going to help, its just a trick to make money with plenty of dos and don't that's it. The copies are irreadable and created by themselves they make you believe that its a project of XYZ client. It may seem to be a smooth journey in the beginning but can suck later..

I have taken 500 pages project @ Rs. 125 per page, i have completed my work on time and now i dont want to continue to work, As per my meeting with Mr. Rohil Patel, his verbally words were totally different from agreement made, and i have also faced lots of issues with their customer support, but due to rohit's verbal words i trust him and signed the agreement and also done my first work, now my all 500 pages are inaccurate and i accepted my mistakes, but as per our discussion made verbally regarding refund of my payment, now Mr. Rohit Patel is not accepting it and they are now ready to refund my money back, I m going to complaint the same to police / Consumer forum if anyone is in the same case can contact me on [protected] (Akash Worlikar).

This company is totally fake. Because they allot you work in Image file which consist approximately 50-55 lines and many special characters and capital and small letter. There for no one can type 100% correct within stipulated. If you make only one mistake in any page the whole page shall be considered useless. apart from these one page take more than half and hour to type having a person good typing skill. And this company also provide a legal agreement but no one can read it carefully . company keep its JURISDICTION for any legal disputes to GUJARAT. There for its not easy for anyone to go GUJRAT and file a suit. After first submission you get irritated with Extra burden of work which is likely not possible to completed within time allowed with 100% accuracy. And companies typing software when run on your PC no other application shall work along with it . it cant be minimised.So be carefull friends.It may be big scandal which reveal after some time

Starline database is a fraud and bogus company. After submission of the complete projects with 500 pages.. we just receive an email without any explanation "YOUR CONTRACT IS TERMINATED". there is no reason explained. we dont know if they will pay us for the work completed or refund our deposit back.
if the employees at the company tell you that whatever negative is written here (in this forum) is from the competitors side. Don't believe them.. as we are victims to their scam...and everything written here is completely true.

directly contact to this person for your refund. one more person is there in delhi janakpuri branch whose name is mayank he is the biggest liar i have seen, there are 2 more girls involved in this gang, i will not take their name, due to their safety norms. this is a no. of mayank who is the manager of this gang [protected].

You had taken the starter plan of 200 pages. You got the workload on 10th August 2016.
However on 16th you sent the mail that you cannot complete the work and need refund.
This is not our fault.
We informed you that as per the agreement which you signed we cannot process full refund after 24 hours of the receipt of the workload. After 24 hours the amount is transferred to the end clients who refunds for every submissions done thereafter.
We also suggested to submit the projects to at least receive the submission refunds. But company didn't receive any submissions from your side. So this not company's fault when you excused to complete the project. Don't spread such rumors to avoid hard working people to work and earn.
