As per my personal view that their charges are little bit higher than other agencies but after we got reports about our business competitors, which was fully authentic n true, that time we realize that they charge according to their work.

I do agree with you that season21 detective people are very nice and genuine in terms of services they offered.
I dont know know why people are reacted like that their work is not done, may be they are competitors and putting fake complaints.
