Within 10 days they called me to tell that the reports have come. When i saw the report, none of the data was matching. When asked for photography / video proofs, they said there were none. I am neetu, i need your help. Sir, i got married in nov 2013 and after i year i came across the harsh realities of my husband and in-laws which i did not realize earlier because i want to save my married life. After that i decided to take help of detective agency, after searching i finally decide to take help of season 21.com detective agency as it was mentioned in the website that it is listed in ministry of corporate affairs. I thought it was reliable.

I met the owner mr. R.K ( rajesh kumar) with my father at his office and explain my case in detail. I clearly told him that i have this information only and can he help me in my case? He gave me assurance that season21.com is a renowned detective agency and will help me. He gave me two package : 1) it includes all information about my husband and cost rs. 45000/-. 2) include all information about my husband and his family, it cost rs. 85000/-.

I told him that i want information about him and his family but i can't pay 85000/-, . Mr. R.K told me that he can give 10000/- discount and suggested me to deposit rs. 75000/- in his personal a/c detail is as given:- mr. Rajesh kumar.

I was so tense that i desperately want some information so i have deposited 75000/- in the above mentioned a/c on 31/10/2015.

In last -5- month he has only provided me 2 pics of his house, -6- sec clip of outside view of his house, and he informed me a moblie no. Which i could not use as evidence in my case. He did not provide any information about his family.

I filed a case against my husband and in-laws in dec 2015 and they have continuously attended the court date without fail but mr. R.K always told me that my husband is not at his home.

Sir, i am very much disappointed with the services of the detective agency. My father is retired and i am working in bank and i need to bear all court expenses on my own. This i already told to him but now he send me mail that he has done with his service and if i want further help then i need to pay money and also he is telling me about per day charges which he did not mentioned earlier because i opted the full package.

Sir, plz help me i pay rs. 75000/- and i did not get the result as per the commitment. Sir he did not give me any written document . Sir because of my family problem i was so tense and i made this mistake i trust his words.

His latest mail he send to me:-

( we will be charging rs.5750/- per day as surveillance charges per day for 10 hours.Accordingly we work for you for more than 20 days as per your request and our results are subject to natural activities of your husband.This was already explained you before accepting your assignment and the time to time we informed you about the non availability of your husband and you also agreed with us and finally we have submitted our report to you.Our total bill amount is rs. 115000/- only and there is a balance outstanding of rs.40000/- 0nly.Please pay the balance outstanding asap).
Sir he hqs not told me about this earlier and suggested me a packege. I am in problem and he is taking advantage. I have already filed a case against me husband and in-laws in court and he is also harrased me mentally. He has wasted my time with false promises.
