I ordered a vivo y83 handset for 3600.. It was a cash on delivery deal.. When i received the parcel all could find was a pair of t-shirts... I have already reported them about the issue but they haven't turned up till now.. Neither are they attending my calls nor are they replying to my emails..
The company has put up their policies in their websites (Website is mentioned below) and i go with it too... I need a refund and a compensation if possible... Those were mine hard earned savings...
