The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I ordered a vivo y83 handset for 3600.. It was a cash on delivery deal.. When i received the parcel all could find was a pair of t-shirts... I have already reported them about the issue but they haven't turned up till now.. Neither are they attending my calls nor are they replying to my emails..
The company has put up their policies in their websites (Website is mentioned below) and i go with it too... I need a refund and a compensation...

I ordered a lenovo k8 note handset for 3400.. It was a cash on delivery deal.. When i received the parcel all could find was a pair of t-shirts...
