Secure Bright — fake job, money taken in the name of refundable, salary not given even after submitting the assignment

I applied for data entry job in quikr. This company by the name of secure bright contact me and asked for 600 rs to join which i gave and then they assigned me the work. After a day, they asked me for 2500 /- more for some vague reason and said i'd have to pay a penalty of 25, 000 if i don't give this additional 2500 which they told me was for checking my assignment and was completely refundable and they gave me a confirmation letter saying that i'd get back all this amount along with my salary of 12, 000/- as soon as i submit the assignment. After i submitted the assignment, they rejected my assignment and refused to give me back my money.
