This is behalf of Mr Sompal, who is belongs to a middle class family and has some urgency of money and that's why he has applied for loan against property in
SECURE INFRA SERVICES PVT. LTD. almost 4 months ago.
And they people has taken INR 43000/= for the processing to loan file. Mr Sompal has completed all the documents and legal terms as well as per the company (SECURE INFRA SERVICES PVT. LTD.) requirement.
They ahs given the Cheque INR 15 lac of Arun Agrawal, Account No.- [protected] HDFC 2 months ago. Company has done all kind of verification and the legal proceeding everything has been done but now they guys not giving any proper answer to Mr Sompal and when he asking for his money INR 43000/= then they said do whatever he can do.
Request you to guys please help him.

i have also applied for a loan. all the formalities have been fulfilled. but no loan amount has been transferred to my account. all i hear is that they are depositing a cheque in the account but it never happens

same case happened to me.. one bogus check number provided and tll now no money came..

I want to take a legal action against the company for fraud. I have filed an FIR against the company and akash agarwal. Also I have mentioned Tarun and Ashish Chaudhary in my complaint for false promises. I need to know how to take it further. I am also planning to file a report with SID.

My known applied for loan in this company and she has given approx 200000/- every day new commitment but no result.
Cheque give by them bounced.

Not only one person its team ali, vikram, sahil, akash, rajveer that manager i forgot the name all involved .
