Dear readers,

I took admission in sap course at seed sap training academy, aundh, pune. During counseling session, i was told by kiran jawale that 100% placement assistance will be given. But after course completion & certification, i got only one call in four months that too of capgemini which hiring process is driven by sap but not seed. We got several problems during our training. Every-time ac of seed sap training academy aundh, pune center doesn't work, which suffocates the room badly and make the situation unbearable to study. Nobody listens to your complaints their. Trainer was having only 1-2 years of experience and working professional. He wasn't an expert trainer. Kiran jawale never picks any of the students call after the fee payment was done and also her behavior was very rude and insulting. She is non responsive on emails too. She is every ready to blame you that you're not prepared for interview, you have less than 60% throughout academics so you're not getting interview calls and blah blah blah...in-fact all of the students struggling to contact her regarding small-small issues which became pathetic and painful because of her ignorance. Whatever interview call we got after certification, was given by sap like capgemini and where all other institute students like atos, delphi, timespro students can be found attending the same interview with you. Apart from this call, no suitable call was given by seed. The situation was more pathetic when kiran forces you to join the companies which are hiring you as an intern and also asking you to pay money for it. Kiran always threat us by saying that you will be debarred from placements if you don't join or attend the companies interview call of companies which are providing salary of rs 8, 000 to rs 11, 000 per month. How can some one join a company like this which is paying you rs 8, 000 to rs 11, 000 per month to next one year, when you were already earning above 3.5 laks per annum??? All these companies are very small companies for ex. One company was in vishal nagar operating in 1 bhk flat. I also found that the fee was charged differently to all the students in classroom training batch. One student had paid around rs 2 lakhs for whole course (This guy doesn't have sap/citrix server access), one had paid around rs 3.1 lakhs and some students paid around 4.3 lakhs for the same sap mm classroom training classes. When i asked her about it, she started shouting at me that i am spreading rumors and false news, but the fact was these students only told me about their fee details also on request they have shown me the payment receipt. It seems that there is no fixed price of sap course, it totally depends on your negotiation skill, how much you can negotiate you will be charged accordingly. My overall experience with seed sap training academy aundh was very negative and i will never recommend this institute to anyone. Once you make enquiry in this center, they will run behind you, call you several time in a day till the time you register for sap course with them and once you paid them, you will become useless for them. And last but not least, after you get placed in capgemini, which is the only company you can see for interview at seed, they harass you to put good google reviews and video reviews.
