Sehar Industries Retail Private Limited — product/my product is not picked by shipper

Hello sir/mam!
I am your fellow customer i am very sad to say this that my order is not yet piched my the shipper and i have no updates regarding my product...today in 6 sept 2019 whn i checked in delhivery by tracking it is showing that that shipper has not collected the order or not yet received from clients...i hereby submitting the screenshot of tracking information.
