I rented a car from them on 10th June 2017 and returned it on 11th June 2017.
The company took a deposit of 10k and returned only 4k on successful return of their car. No details of the deduction were provided. After repeated phone calls and emails also, we did not get any details. More than the actual service amount (4.8k), they have deducted our deposit (6k)
The deposit was refunded only after repeated reminders and follow ups. And it was just an abrupt refund. No Bill/ invoice/ surveyor report was rovided for the deduction of 6k INR.
The whole service o fthe car was a mere 4.8k INR, which has now cost me 10-11 INR becaise of extra deduction of deposit.
