I am a regular metro traveller, spending close to 2 hours from Monday to Saturday. While k appreciate the cleanliness and timing, I am extremely disappointed with respect for public spaces.
My most immediate concern indeed is about noise pollution. People providing unsolicited free entertainment- watching whatever on their mobiles on speaker mode.
It is highly irritating, be it trying to concentrate or just wishing for some peace in a crowded environment after a hard day’s work.
The display asking ‘Please maintain silence’ is reduced to joke to be mocked at.
Can I expect some action to be taken?
