Self — Pending payment

I have sold my own vehicle Maruti Breeza having registration number KA32P3151 to Car 24 and dealing was done my Miss Mamta from Delhi ( cell [protected]) @ Rs 5.50 Lacs . In which Rs 10000 Was car 24 commission and remaining Rs 5.4 I have to Pay. I have Received Rs 5.3 lacs at the time of vehicle delivery . Balance amount would be received after registration transfer. That it was clearly communicated to me that on phone I have confirm about sell agreement.
After some time it Was communicated to me that for party Pesi, physically I have to present Gulbarga that was not possible to me because I am in Rajasthan and doing pvt JOB.
Requesting to release balance payment.
