Sell Bells — Wrong product - smart watch | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Satheesh. I purchased a smart watch of amount Rs. 1999/-with golden stripe from Sell Bells on 09 May 21 (image uploaded).They have sent a confirmation mail on my email with the image of the watch which I have purchased. Order No. SB61890. Delivered by Fedex with tracking number.[protected] on 13 May 21. On receipt of the item, I found that they have sent a wrong item (black colour watch)which I have not purchased (image uploaded). I tried to contact in their email, but they are not receiving the mail. I googled for customer care number but it was not available. As per refund policy, it has to be initiated within 03 days on delivery. How can I contact them without their customer care number/email?. Through their activities and various feedback from other customers, I came to know that these people are not genuine. They are cheating fellow customers just like that, thinking that no one is there to check or questioning them. So I request that kindly take necessary action against these fraud people and initiate my refund processes as soon as possible. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
