I ordered a jewellery item from their website .
It has been a month almost and they have excuses and excuses only. My product isn’t ready yet. It was not even a customised order.
If Kalyan and PCJ can deliver is ahead of time that too with customisations before time, how Senco cannot under same circumstances?
Their customer service is a joke . Sometimes they pick up the call sometimes they don’t . Promise callback but I never receive it . Was this information helpful? |
