Seniority — Refusing refund

I placed an order Re:Your Order Number : [protected] early January and their products were dirty and box broken fully so requested to return and agent came to collect one in morning to whom we handed over the product and another came afternoon for whom we had nothing to give. So now they refusing the do refund saying we did not return the product
