I placed an order Re:Your Order Number : [protected] early January and their products were dirty and box broken fully so requested to return and agent came to collect one in morning to whom we handed over the product and another came afternoon for whom we had nothing to give. So now they refusing the do refund saying we did not return the product...

We are a small e-commerce firm M/s.Tyro Tradelink selling our products through Seniority. The Seniority Team (Mr.Nilesh Kamble) has been holding our payments since last 4 months inspite of giving all clarifications regarding GST. (The GST queries were raised after 1 year of GST submission).
Now when were enquiring about our payment the employee is saying he is laid off and does not know anything about the payments if they will ever...

Seniority, awb:[protected] is my cod order number for crystal akhand of rs 279. Today i got a message from your end for its delivery. Your personnel bearing the mobile contact number [protected] contacted me at 12:30 p. M. I told him to deliver it at 3 p. M as i was at my working place and there was none at my home to receive it. He rang me at 2:50 p. M when i was on my way home by city auto. I told him that after 15 mins i will call back...

I had ordered 3 bags of wheat flour which was delivered on 17 th of May . We opened first bag yesterday n the flour is black n externally bitter.
I wrote them a mail and called but they are refusing to take the product .
Customer care is extremely bad, they are charges higher than the other providers but product n services are pathetic.
