I had given my senheiser earphones for replacement as they were not working and according to company's policy they provide replacement guarantee for 2 years. The product was received on 12th july by company and still it has been 15 days since i haven't received my earphones replaced. It was supposed to take max 7 to 10 days. I'm following up with the support team on regular basis but they are just post poning the replacement. Please do help me out.
