Serco India PBO — Fnf and relieving letter

I am sawrabh kanojia . I joined serco (which was intellenet before) on 5th november 2012 for retail telephony inbound process located in mumbai (malad) behind hypercity mall. My employee id is ii00022587 and my date of birth is 23rd august 1986.I gave my exit interview on 2nd june 2015 and was told that I will receive my full and final settlement letter through post in 45 days and if I owe anything to company I will have to pay the amount post which in 15 days I will receive my relieving letter. However, its more then 60 days now and I havent received any lettet from my company . I would request to please release my FNF and relieving letter as quick as possile. I want to know how soon will I receive my FNF letter and if it sent out then to which address it is sent out . And can I get my FNF letter through email. Hope I get responce very soon .
