Dear Sir / Madam,
I had purchased a fully automatic Washing Machine on 19.07.2012 from Hyper City Mall, Jaipur which is closed now. The motor of this washing machine is carrying a warranty of 10 years from the date of purchase. It is not working right now and needs replacement under warranty and for which I need bill. I do not have bill for this machine.

I shall be grateful, if you can provide bill for the purchase on 19.07.2012.

    I have ordered few clothes from the online website of Hypercity and it was supposed to be deliver by 12th May 2021.
    The delivery is still not done and also no update on it.
    The site still shows delivery to be made on 12th May 2021.
    Where to get an update on this one ??

          I am a regular customer at your place and quite happy with your services as i work in teleperformance, that is just behind you. Today as on 7.5.20. I purchased some stuff at around. 1 product being samosa. I had purchased 4 of them. But was wrongly billed for 44. I had bought ghastiram sev the mrp of which is 290 but was charged 416.15 i have specks, i cannot see small letters/numbers. I came to know when i got back home that was around 9 pm. I have the bill copy and the bag in which samosas were packed. Attesting a picture of the sames. I think there was a some goo[censored]p. I request you to refund the amount. I was planning to come back to you but since lock down. Not sure will be able to do so. I didnt have your official email address giving my complaint here. Thanking you. Your customer.

          I regret that i had also purchased sev puri which was added in farsan and hence the amount was 416.15. However we didnt buy 44 samosas. Please look into the matter. Regards

            I would like to raise and alarm against hypercity malad west, this is a serious health concern as i am daily consumer of hypercity products specially fish.
            3days back i visited as always and decided to purchase mackerals, this was the first time i decided to check the fins of the fish only to get shocked to see live parasites in the fish. On asking the officials they said this is normally found in mackerals. I have aslo shared a photo and video evidence of the same with their crm desk mr. Ashok.
            However after not hearing from them i decided to visit them again just to recheck on their sea food products, this time i decided to buy masala packed fish. I just checked those fish at home just to clarify my doubt on the hypercity that they keep their half rotten fish dipped in masala and packed in a container just to play with the lives of their consumer. I went home with this packet of fish which was surmai, the moment i opened the packet there was a foul smell and the date of package was 9th jan the same day when i bought it. So it should have been fresh but then becuase of the smell i decided to wash off the masala with water and i was surprised to see that the fish had started rottening as i saw holes in the flesh and the smell was disgusting. I immediately threw it away. I had spent 296 rupees for the same.

            I want sea food association inspection team to do a random check on the points i highlighted.

            I will await a strong response for the same.

              Hi,

              I would like to register a complaint against hyper city malad west as i haven't yet received a refund for the multiple transactions that occurred for a transaction of 1st of december.
              I had paid through upi which went through successfully, but i was asked to pay again as it didn't reflect at the counter.
              I was assured that if there was a multiple payment it would certainly be reversed.
              Hence, i used my credit card for the same.
              The transaction went through twice and the payment has not been refunded although i was in touch with one of the supervisors since 2nd december and have sent him all the requested details on whatsapp.

              Please help me with the same. This is a bad shopping experience with hyper city.

                gift card issue

                I am not able to use these gift cards in hypercity store hyderabad. I just bought these cards in the month of jan. Store people said that these cards are already expired. I raised complaint and did follow up calls and emails twice a week but hypercity customer service is least bothered in solving the customer problems. Please resolve my isssue because it is very high amount i purchased this gift card....

                My entire order today (Order id : 8426017) was cancelled (7th july'19) saying stocks are not available 2 hours after placing order with refund promised after 7 days???. Not done... I would request everyone out there do not purchase any items from hypercityfresh.com at all. It is a ploy to attract customers showing very low prices & then call you up after 2 hours to say that only non-discount products are available whereas the discounted products were not... Shameful operations kishore biyani... This is my first & last order... Hope they refund my money within 7 days (Or will they delay & use it as working capital???)

                The refund of Rs 669/- has been received, however Hypercity continues to show the same products daily as available & I have placed the following Orders after my first complaint & all orders have been cancelled.. Order No. 8433605 - Dated: 8/7/2019 Order No. 8445571 - Dated: 10/7/2019 Order No. 8450227 - Dated: 11/7/2019 Order No. 8464569 - Dated: 13/7/2019 Order No. 8472947 - Dated: 15/7/2019 Order No. 8481915 - Dated: 16/7/2019 This leads me to believe that the prices put by Hypercity on its website are a fraud to lure people into buying the minimum amount of products for free delivery & then the low cost products are cancelled & the no-discount products are shown as available to be delivered, which is nothing but cheating. Why does Hypercity not use "No Stocks" or remove products not available? & if there are mistakes on the website then is there nobody at Hypercity who is responsible for it?. I have stopped going to or giving orders to Hypercity anymore & am keen that the general public is informed about the fraud being played upon them by Hypercity.                   I) I, Ajay Mahashur, cell No [protected] is a regular customer of Hypercity (HC)
                  ii) I bought items worth over Rs 3000/- on Saturday 15th June morning when I visited the HC with my family.
                  One of the items has been 1 Kg superior type of Apples.
                  iii) when I opened the bag in which these were packed by the HC and starting cutting and testing those, I found that these were perhaps stored for long and had become brownish inside and the taste had got altered.these are thus totally damaged and spoilt.Being perishable, I am unable to retain these for return beyond today and shall be throwing those soon.
                  iv) these therefore are worth throwing off
                  v) I am really surprised at the poor storage and offering stale and damaged stock to the customer.This spoils the reputation of a store belonging to the Big Bazar chain
                  vi) i have n't saved the receipt of the payment made but I am sure you would be able to obtain the same from your records.
                  vii) Please investigate the matter and respond to me .I request for a free replacement with home delivery Address: Ajay Mahashur, 904, Laburnum Tower, Mahindra Gardens, S V Road Goregon (West), Near Patkar college.
                  Please respond per return and ensure that replacement is sent to protect the reputation and ensure this kind is nor repeated.

                    Today we came for shopping we bought fish when we came to billing counter came to know amount printed on that bag and system amount were not matching and we billing guy was asked to check with fish and meat n counter still the same issue was happend so billing boy was told to go to customers service desk to take differential amount we collect the same from there after came home we checked fish (Prawns) was not there.. I have that bar code printed tag as a prove so kindly assist..

                      I mr sukhdeo yadav often shop frm malad west hypercity. But frm last 2 times i was not given the free gift with product & nor i was informed abt it.
                      So i only request you to atleast be kind enough to let ppl know abt the product & free gift related to it. I m sure this must b the case with the other customer as well. I could have put this in any of the news paper as a reporter. But i m giving u a chance to improve ur service

                        My invoice number [protected] i had purchased cakes around 930 rs which includes a peach crumble. Because i was shopping around itold the person serving me that i will be back and pick the cakes while i shop and i paid the bill when i returned back i picked the products and came home when i checked the crumble was missing.                           I love shopping in hypercity panvel as it used to be an experience. Recently on 5th april i was doing some shopping worth 500. But due to lack of, maybe experience or the store manager working for the sake of salary i had to leave the perishable food items bought at the billing desk. I hope the management of hypercity will be strong enough to find the right person for the store as the store is not running a charity but a business.

                            I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your packed products. The mushrooms were rotting it is clear that poor quality ones have been picked at the start it self. The lapse in qc is evident. This could have been a health hazard and dangerous incase my younger siblings would have directly used it. I look for strict action to be taken.

                              I am a regular customer of hypercity malad and i am tired of saying no to credit card executives. Everytime i enter they surround me with credit card offers and there are 3-4 diff banks offering this. I am tired of saying no to them, i dont wanna lose my temper and shout on anyone. Please reduce the number of executives and ask them not to disturb.

                              I am a regular customer of Solapur Maharashtra and i am tired of saying no to credit card executives. Finely Axis Bank from Solapur, sent credit card but don't receive it, and massaged me due amount R's. 1943.65, I confused, I am not got the credit card then why the due amount, Please reduce the number of executives and ask them not to disturb.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I have purchased 32 inch koryo tv on 25th january 2018 from hyper city malad. It's has been 72 hours but no one has come for installation at my residence situated at jogeshwari west.

                                      I have not received a single call or message for installation. This is not good after sales service from hyper city.

                                      Please have a look into it and resolve the issue asap.
