Dear Sir / Madam,
I had purchased a fully automatic Washing Machine on 19.07.2012 from Hyper City Mall, Jaipur which is closed now. The motor of this washing machine is carrying a warranty of 10 years from the date of purchase. It is not working right now and needs replacement under warranty and for which I need bill. I do not have bill for this machine.

I shall be grateful, if you can provide bill for the purchase on 19.07.2012.

    I have ordered few clothes from the online website of Hypercity and it was supposed to be deliver by 12th May 2021.
    The delivery is still not done and also no update on it.
    The site still shows delivery to be made on 12th May 2021.
    Where to get an update on this one ??

        I purchased a watermelon on Sunday and on Monday when I cut it open, it was completely spoilt and rotten. There was a foul smell coming out of it.

          I would like to register a complaint against hyper city malad west as i haven't yet received a refund for the multiple transactions that occurred for a transaction of 1st of december.
          I had paid through upi which went through successfully, but i was asked to pay again as it didn't reflect at the counter.
          I was assured that if there was a multiple payment it would certainly be reversed.

          Hypercity — gift card issue

          I am not able to use these gift cards in hypercity store hyderabad. I just bought these cards in the month of jan. Store people said that these cards are already expired. I raised complaint and did follow up calls and emails twice a week but hypercity customer service is least bothered in solving the customer problems. Please resolve my isssue because it is very high amount i purchased this gift card....

          Hypercity — entire order cancelled

          My entire order today (Order id : 8426017) was cancelled (7th july'19) saying stocks are not available 2 hours after placing order with refund promised after 7 days???. Not done... I would request everyone out there do not purchase any items from hypercityfresh.com at all. It is a ploy to attract customers showing very low prices & then call you up after 2 hours to say that only non-discount products are available whereas the discounted products...

          Hypercity — no handing over the free product & also rude behaviour of the salesperson

          I mr sukhdeo yadav often shop frm malad west hypercity. But frm last 2 times i was not given the free gift with product & nor i was informed abt it.
          So i only request you to atleast be kind enough to let ppl know abt the product & free gift related to it. I m sure this must b the case with the other customer as well. I could have put this in any of the news paper as a reporter. But i m giving u a chance to improve ur service

          My invoice number [protected] i had purchased cakes around 930 rs which includes a peach crumble. Because i was shopping around itold the person serving me that i will be back and pick the cakes while i shop and i paid the bill when i returned back i picked the products and came home when i checked the crumble was missing. I tried to call the store but all the numbers are incorrect can some one look into this and call me back

            Hypercity — review in negative

            I love shopping in hypercity panvel as it used to be an experience. Recently on 5th april i was doing some shopping worth 500. But due to lack of, maybe experience or the store manager working for the sake of salary i had to leave the perishable food items bought at the billing desk. I hope the management of hypercity will be strong enough to find the right person for the store as the store is not running a charity but a business.

            I am extremely disappointed by the quality of your packed products. The mushrooms were rotting it is clear that poor quality ones have been picked at the start it self. The lapse in qc is evident. This could have been a health hazard and dangerous incase my younger siblings would have directly used it. I look for strict action to be taken.
            I shall also report this in the consumer forum.

              I am a regular customer of hypercity malad and i am tired of saying no to credit card executives. Everytime i enter they surround me with credit card offers and there are 3-4 diff banks offering this. I am tired of saying no to them, i dont wanna lose my temper and shout on anyone. Please reduce the number of executives and ask them not to disturb....

              Hypercity — service - installation issue

              Dear sir,

              I have purchased 32 inch koryo tv on 25th january 2018 from hyper city malad. It's has been 72 hours but no one has come for installation at my residence situated at jogeshwari west.

              I have not received a single call or message for installation. This is not good after sales service from hyper city.

              Please have a look into it and resolve the issue asap.
