Serco India PBO — Request for Valid PF Account Number and Procedure to Claim PF Amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request assistance in obtaining the correct Provident Fund (PF) account number associated with my employment at Serco BPO – India Operations. I am unable to proceed with my PF claim due to the unavailability of this information.

I kindly request that the company provide me with the valid PF account number at the earliest, as I would like to initiate the process of withdrawing the PF amount accumulated during my tenure. Alternatively, please guide me through the correct procedure to raise a claim for the PF amount deducted during my service.
