I am v. Lakshmi devi i worked as a team leader in serco bpo in shenoy nagar, chennai. I have joined serco bpo on 1st dec 2008 to 31st jul 2011. I have the pf amt of 15000. I have applied thrice pf direct to serco bro but they did'tdid' t respond. So pls help me to get pf no and uan no. They have deducted 1500 for pf so pls help me out on this problem

This is in regards to the pf transfer from account gnggn[protected] to bg/bng/26858/24615.

I requested for the transfer on 27/06/2016 and then received an message saying that transfer to bg/bng/26858/24615 for rs.10895/- successful on 01/07/2016

But then when i check the passbook the amount is not updated.. The transferred pf amount is not showing in the passbook of bg/bng/26858/24615, but is showing as "settled" in gnggn[protected].

I've realized this after transferring the pf to another account created by my new organization which is "mhban[protected]".

The pf amount of rs.10895/- which was transferred from gnggn[protected] is missing now and has to be transferred to my latest pf account mhban[protected].

I've also attached the pdf of the passbook and screenshot which says the claim was successful for your reference.

I wanted to know my employee id and the uan number. I joined serco goregoan on july 2013 and was working there till february 2014. I was working for vodafone qatar process. This is the only detail i've got.

I had been continously in contact with the hr personnel for the same from past two months but no use. Kindly do the needful.

I am ex employee of serco bpo, i was left job last year dec 5 2017 and join date is nov 10 2016 but stil they not provide my experience latter..
I had visit 3-4 time in serco office every time they not taken seriously.. And hr also not available and not given proper response. Kinldy do for needfull.

I was called for an interview by archana hr for quality analyst position in ambattur industrial estate prince info park branch. First round of the interview was hr round. At the time of the interview she did not mention that it is an immediate joining. She just got my details and went. I also received an offer letter with 30 days notice period. Believing it i dropped my papers in my current company. But after that archana called and told that i need to join within 10-15 days if not then she will let me know if any other vacancy whenever available. When asked about the notice period she answered rudely that why did i believe her and put papers. I am also having a copy of the offer letter. I just need justice.
