Greetings of the day

Dear sir/madam

I have been using mi 5a phone since march and i did not faced any problem but from last 1 month there was a issue of charging and mic. I had purchased this phone through flipkart and i have the copy of bill to. Today i went to service center which is situated in agra at m. G road the code of the center is xmini950, my phone was serviced by mr. Satish kumar and the manager name is mr. Vishal sharma.

Let me tell me in brief what problem i had faced while giving my phone at your trusted service center.

Receptionist :- when i reached at service center there was a girl was sitting at reception counter, she told me to get the token number

When my number came she told me that she is taking the phone and she gave me complete information about the charges when the phone is in warranty. I am pretty with her services but only draw back was that she was very rude although she didn't misbehaved with me but the treatment was given by her was very rude.

Manager and engineer :- when the engineer checked my phone one guy came from inside he told me that my phone was opened somewhere in the marked, and showed me that there was no sticker placed inside which i denied because i never took my phone anywhere neither it was opened, i faced this problem some time back why would i open it in other market if it is in warranty. I told the engineer that i want to talk to the manager on first request the manager didn't came out and he sent another engineer of phone when i asked weather are you an engineer or manager he told me that he is the manager which he was not

Later on the manger came out when i got angry on to them because they all were completely saying that the phone was opened in past in market and they me reason which was all vain. I said to them how can i be agree on this point that my phone is open in market if it is in warranty period but the manager gave me schemes that he will give me discount an all that which i denied i told them that i will not pay anything for it...

Now question to all company member who seeks complaint department

How can i trust what engineer is doing behind the walls inside
What is the liability that engineer haven;t done anything wrong with my phone
Why there is no transparency between a person repairing the phone
Why i had to pay 118 rs for just checking my phone

I can trust mi phone and brand but i can not trust the people you hire for resolving the problem, i faced the problem may in future i may not recommend anyone for purchasing the phone because of the service center quality

I am again saying the mi product is no doubt deliver best quality output but what about this service center

I want you to please go through this problem and ask the manager for it,

What i want :- i want to please re investigate my phone and repair my phone and take necessary action against the manager for giving me the false and negative statement.
