[Resolved] Service — Rwallet not recharged but money already paid

Today I want to renew my ticket through uts. I try it through paytm as well as previous transaction. But today my account is debited by 100 rs. but rwallet would not recharged.
I also send the screen shot of the transaction. Please see it, and resolve it as early as possible.

Now this complain has been resolved, Rwallet successfully recharged, and I can book my session ticket.
