Rwallet not recharged but money already paid
Today I want to renew my ticket through uts. I try it through paytm as well as previous transaction. But today my account is debited by 100 rs. but rwallet would not recharged.
I also send the screen shot of the transaction. Please see it, and resolve it as early as possible.

Product name-TCL 138.71 cm (55 Inches) 4K UHD LED Smart Certified Android TV L55P2MUS (Gold).We have checked all the HDMI reciever but everything is working fine.We have also contacted tge TCL customer care they said that there will be a engineer coming to your house within 48 hours to check the TV but it has been 2 days but no one has showed up.We have also launched a complaint in amazon with the complaint code 0759.We kindly request you to look in this matter as we want to return the TCL 4K UHD LED Smart Certified Android TV L55P2MUS.We contacted amazon on 20 aug. 2019 for the return of the TV but they said the return date has been gone however it was said the clwe can return the TV within 10 days as we purchased the TV on 12 aug. 2019.We kindly request you to look into matter as soon as possible.Thank you

My self shince cheriyan, i am started trading with company at january 2017 service charge 25000 paid on January 25, i take some some share of Vedanta but it is go lost then your adviser say to me take insurance and return of loss amount, 12500 paid for insurance after 3 weeks not any communication from adviser then a new companies advisor contacting to me he says my file is ready and pay 6500 for test amount then I paid this, after 1 week he contact me and say paid 8500 for processing fees i was pay this also, then advisor call to me on 2 days back and say pay more15000 for file processing.Idont know what happened here so please return my money on immediately

We had given our skoda rapid gj01rn6234 to your sarkhej service station for repairing ac wich is not woring properly on 20/09/2016 job sheet no. 3845. after that company calls us & informed us on 20/09/2016 afternoon that ac pipe had problem & it has to change & it will take 2 days, we told them ok. when after that no company calls replied, when we called to the given no. on job sheet. when we reached on 24/09/2016 to showroom for car they were no person ready to attend us ask us what you require see our job sheet & move here & there & busy either in there mobile or talking them selves this took about 60 mins after that we anger & one person attended us & told us your car is ok & you can take, & please wait for billing, again after 30 min no response than we asked again same no proper response & than they told us that your car is not ready & it will take more 3 days.
We are sorry to tell skoda that which part in world take 6-7 days to come ahmedabad.
Presently we had not recived the car from reparing & we request please look over the complaint resove & deliver us our car as we are getting problem without it. & hope skoda give proper answer & attend properly to customer with satisfactory answer.

Hi this is satheesh, numb TN58AA1966 using Thunderbird 350. After my last service, i m facing lot of trouble and it got break down while on the way to office. Again i have given to service. they said it was battery problem, i asked to change new. People called me nd said your vehicle ready. i went to take the vehicle, for that time indicator was not working. again they taken for two days service ..it was wire problem. then i ask to check full wire. Again People called me nd said your vehicle ready.i went there to take but speed meter was not running and lock head not working properly ...(15Days)
Finally they are asking to pay 6-7 thousand for proper repair. this is the way they are working. My blike was four year old one but i never feel it was old. after i given this "ARAVINDUJA MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED" service people feeling very bad.
Kindly give a root cause to rectify.

Service Centr.e's engineer said that some parts are to replaced and it will 4-5 days Till date vehicle not repaired citing reasons than spares not received from the company. What is happening? Is it believable in this age of fast communication that spares not available for more 15 days. I hope, firm will take cognizance and maintain reputation to the customer satisfaction in this age of tough competition.

I have no signal on my box so i called the company in Colombo, the represented person said the technical team will present at my place today or tomorrow, I even live in Colombo -5, the company is established in Colombo 13, so why the technical team can't visit my place on the same day? just 5-6 km away? and after 1 hrs time I called again the person who answered the phone she was aggressively said I informed you that the team might come today or tomorrow, if we don't pay on time they won't tell OK no problem you pay tomorrow? so this is not a customer care. remember I called from Colombo.
I Hope management Will get a good decision on this.

Hi,
I recently visited Lord Ventakeshwara , and it was a 3 days visit 11/4/10,Day 1 reached trimula by padaseva,but on the way there is necessary stalls for only light snacks,indeed a good maintance of water and toilets all along ,but there is no proper snack stall for little ideli / some bread / light that can give some energy to climb,instead we only have chips, cold drinks.The things needed while climbing steps are:
1) Proper display of board of free tickets to the devootes climbing the steps.
2) stalls of light refreshments like idali,somosas,or something taht fives a little energy to climb.
While along the way there are many temples to visit,where the poojaries were present in some temples...In Hanuman temple poojari was busy calling and confirming his plane ticket only by Kingfisher.
Day 2: darshanam of LORD GOVINDA, after taking the darshnam of the lord, darshanam of ram ,lakshman,ayoidya, where the poojaries ( the same poojari who as present in hanuman temple the previous day ) was demanding for the money/dakshina to be offered to them , poojari specifying to put it on the plate, " DAKISHANA IDAR DAALU" pointing to the arati plate, I got irate and said " DAKISHANA HUNDI ME DAALNA HAI" .
Day 3: visit to godess Padmavati in Trupati, where inside the temple a cheat of kukum was given where poojari was asking for money.Are these inside the garba gudi, kukum of Goddess Padmavati is been sold.??.
Next visited : venugopal temple near railway station, where at each counter to visit a charity demand was made by poojaries, for aarti and other things.sevas is good if properly done as a ticket method.
No doubt I had satisfied by the visits made , but was a very disappointed by the behaviour of the poojaries, some on the dakishane to be given as specified by the poojaries where they get a good handsome pay for their work, but istead a greed for !!!.
Please do not neglect these recomandations as many devotees of Venkateshwara are of all the ages ,and all types of health conditions and are in need of some brunch type as I have personall experienced as I did not have any thing inn the morning and after taking bath left for padayatra as informed about stalls all along .But need energy for climing a bit..indeed LORD GOVINDA'S Blessing and strength of name GOVINDA ,to visit him by padayatra.

Day 2: darshanam of LORD GOVINDA, after taking the darshnam of the lord, darshanam of ram ,lakshman,ayoidya, where the poojaries ( the same poojari who as present in hanuman temple the previous day ) was demanding for the money/dakshina to be offered to them , poojari specifying to put it on the plate, " DAKISHANA IDAR DAALU" pointing to the arati plate, I got irate and said " DAKISHANA HUNDI ME DAALNA HAI" .
Day 3: visit to godess Padmavati in Trupati, where inside the temple a cheat of kukum was given where poojari was asking for money.Are these inside the garba gudi, kukum of Goddess Padmavati is been sold.??.
Next visited : venugopal temple near railway station, where at each counter to visit a charity demand was made by poojaries, for aarti and other things.sevas is good if properly done as a ticket method.
No doubt I had satisfied by the visits made , but was a very disappointed by the behaviour of the poojaries, some on the dakishane to be given as specified by the poojaries where they get a good handsome pay for their work, but istead a greed for !!!.
Please do not neglect these recomandations as many devotees of Venkateshwara are of all the ages ,and all types of health conditions and are in need of some brunch type as I have personall experienced as I did not have any thing inn the morning and after taking bath left for padayatra as informed about stalls all along .But need energy for climing a bit..indeed LORD GOVINDA'S Blessing and strength of name GOVINDA ,to visit him by padayatra.

Fraud SMS Blasting
A Marketing Executive Info Network Management Co. Pvt. Ltd. visited us and convinced that their company will send 5000 sms to the Post Graduate sudents (all fields of Biotechnology) of Orissa, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam. We paid him Rs. 1378 dated 9.1.2010. for this purpose.
But till date we did not receive any enquiry from any student of any state. We tried to contact the Marketing Executive, Mr. Bhaskar Chakraborty ( Mob.- [protected])for any documents of confirmation but they didnot co-operated.We told to give some mob. nos also but there is no response from their side.
So, we are requesting to take action against this Fraud Company.We want our money back as soon as possible.
But till date we did not receive any enquiry from any student of any state. We tried to contact the Marketing Executive, Mr. Bhaskar Chakraborty ( Mob.- [protected])for any documents of confirmation but they didnot co-operated.We told to give some mob. nos also but there is no response from their side.

If you could err in such an obvious matter, I am sure you will be committing much bigger errors on an All India basis, unknown to millions of your subscribers. Your stock reply `Computer says everything is Ok' is not acceptable to me in view ofthe following records.
In a bid to collect evidence you, I checked my balance 193819hrs on Jan.29 and your message onthe screen said it was Rs.40.01.
Immediately, I sent an SMS to[protected] at 194026hrs. Instantly here was a message on the screen from the Airtel saying I was charged 50 paise for this message, and my balance is Rs.39.51.
But when I sent the same message to the following mobile numbrs between 213804 hrs and 214433 hrs on Jan.28, you have charged me at the rate of one rupee each, reducing my balace from Rs.55.01 to Rs.46.51. The mobile numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].
Your computer will continue to say there is nothing wrong. But please explain why I SHOULD PAY RS.8.50 FOR NINE SMS.
When I checked, I was told these are all local numbrs.

Dinner on the 31st of Dec 2009 at Nalban
Dear Sir,
I along with my spouse had been to Nalban on the 31st Dec 2009 evening for the new year's eve party. The Nalban authorities had charged quite a lot for the couple entry. But we were amazed to see that there was only one single item for non-veg during dinner. We felt ourselves cheated after paying such a hefty amount. Please look into the matter so that in future others do not face the same.

Problem of autorickshaw in Bk. No. 942, section - 21 Ulhasnagar - 421 003

I am citizen o[censored]lhasnagar and working in Ulhasnagar only i am living in Ulhasnagar - 421 003 B.K. No. 942 I am really surprising that our Barrack is like a High way any time autorickshaw is coming and they did so many time loss to many bikes and above all small kids are playing anything could be happen we did complain to our corporator but nothing has taken place, he knows the better reason for that.
I hope with this mail may be our Mucipal corporation will take some action.

Somasandra Palya, HSR Sec-2 to Haralur Road Repair, BommanaHalli Area
Dear Sir,
This is just to bring the careless and non-caring attitude of BBMP officials regaridng the road cutting carried out by BBMP in Sep,09. The road from Somsandrya Palya, HSR Layout Sector-2 to Royal Placid Layout, haralur was cut all the way sometime in Sep for piping work. Once work is over, BBMP has left the road as it is with mud and patholes. This is the only access road for Royal Placid residents from HSR Layout sec-2.
I have complained the matter to central complaint office on Oct 13, Oct 26 ( Complaint no 7112) and Nov 18. So far no action is taken.
Please do the needful. All residents of this area are facing extreme difficulty due to this.

Regarding Bus Route 523 & 525
Hi,
Please take this as Suggestion.
It is very nice that BEST started with new Bus Route 525 which is taking Eestern Express Highway.
However I have seen that this bus is going inside Hiranandani. However hardly very few (1-2 people) or non one gets down inside Hirandani. So it will be better if this bus skip internal Hirandani Road. As people doing long distance travelling will save their time a lot.
A Bus Route 523 goes via Bhanup. However if you people who travel by this bus mostly get down at Seepz, Powai, After Airoli. There are very few people who travels to Bhandup catch this bus , as there are many buses which goes to Bhandup.
So it will be better, if Bus Route 523 also follows same route as Bus Route 525 (i.e. viw Eestern Express Highway).
Please take these points as suggestion.

I don't get why AS-525 bus does not go via Vashi, as there are many people travel to Dindoshi route, It will be better if this bus goes via Vashi and Koparkhairne

Please note that I have changed my residence from D-8/4 DAE Colony, ECIL P.O., Hyderabad - 500062 to Plot No. 49, V.N.Reddy Nagar, Kushaiguda, ECIL P.O., Hyderabad-500062. I have given a request letter to the Post Master intimating that all letters addressed to old address should be delivered at the new address. PLEASE NOTE THAT THOUGH THE ADDRESS IS CHANGED IT IS THE SAME POST OFFICE I.E. ECIL POST OFFICE.
The concerned Postman knows me for the last 30 years. I had also personally requested him to hand over the letters addressed to me on the old address to the postman of our new address area. I had also requested the new address postman to collect the letters received on the old address.
In addition to this, my office TIFR comes under the same post office i.e. ECIL Post Office. We have a Post Bag No. 5 at ECIL Post Office and everyday our staff member visit ECIL Post Office and collects the letters received for our office. The Postman who has returned the above letter can also inform our staff member to intimate me to collect the letter from the post office. Sometimes the concerned postman also hands over my letters to our office staff.
What I am worried is that the concerned Postman has intentionally did this mischief of returning the speed post letter containing LIC Cheque back to LIC office to give trouble tome, inspite of my personally knowing the postman.
I would therefore request you to kindly TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED POSTMAN, SO THAT HE DOES NOT PLAY WITH LETTERS OF POSTAL CUSTOMERS.
I also request you to kindly convey instructions to the Postmaster ECIL to arrange to deliver the letters received on the old address to the new address.
I have already taken action to intimate all the concerned about the new address.

Illegal Construction @ 28/39-40 West Patel Nagar , New Delhi-110008
Respected Sir,
Would like to lodged a complaint against illegal construction carried out at 28/39-40, West Patel Nagar New Delhi to MCD Patel Nagar and to MCD Vigilance.
The illegal construction is affecting our lifes since the construction is mostly carried out during the night and the entire building material is lying on the road which makes commutation on the road very difficult.
Am a 60 yrs old service man and can no longer bear this anymore. I tried to speak to the owner of the house many times but he and his servants do not hear to us. Also I came to know that the house owner does not have sufficient owenership documents.
Request you to please get this ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION stopped asap.

I had parked my car near the Chatturshringi chowpati on May 31st 2009 at around 12.45 pm. I checked to confirm if there was any No Parking board. There wasn't any. Since my mobile phone does not have a camera, I could not take a picture.I came within 5 mins of parking to find that the police was trying to fix a jammer to my car. I told them not to do so. They asked me talk to the police. The police asked me for 300 rupees. I asked him where the No Parking board was. He answered as though, a driver shoudl imagine that it is no parking here. I protested, but in vain. Later he gave me a receipt for Rs 100. I asked him what about the balance 200, for which he said that it was towards the jammer; which was never put to the car. Moreover, the receipt for 200 also, does not mention that it is for jammer.
Since, I was in a hurry due to some emergency, I chose not to fight. However, this is purely an act of meeting targets given by the department, for which we suffer.

Service — encroachment and unhygienic environment around
it has been 30 years since we are staying at our house which is located in murliwala kuan sabzi mandi, ghanta ghar, delhi 110007. It has now become a big pain to stay here now due to many of the reasons mentioned below:1) Encroachment on the road in font of our house and in the whole mandi inspite of having their own shops.We have lost our right to come to our own house on vehicle at any point of time.
2) vegitable sellers not at all take care of the cleanliness. they throw all their waste in the middle of the road causing danger to our health. many a times our family members have slipped and got fractured due to un attended garbage thrown in the middle of the road at night.if someone comes between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM in the morning you will feel as if you are entering a dustbin with cow dung, wrotten vegitables, polythenes, containers and other stuff lying all across the road. this shows the failure of mcd to keep delhi clean causing lot of health hazard to our life. It may even cause many diseases due to allowing the vegetable sellers to throw garbade in the middle of the road.Please find attached the photographs of the location to see the situation every night. Even stray cows are found roaming here and there in the streets between 8:00PM to 10:30 PM in the night which also sometimes results in the accidents to the two wheelers.
3)It is pain to see that a very few of times mcd has thought of taking some action to remove the encroachment but it was just an eyewash and you will not see the next day that anything had happened here.
I would request the government to take a strong action on the same to avoid any health hazard to the people staying nearby and to stop spreading of any kind of epidemic due to the same.

The description of the situation is what has been there in the sabzi mandi for many years and no improvement action is being taken care of by MCD. MCD is sleeping and waiting for some epidemic to spread before it will take some action. Even i have complaint for taking some action to disallow the vegetable sellers to stop throwing garbage being in the middle of the road every night, but it was of no use. No response comes from the government.
As correctly mentioned by Anuj above, If you come between 10:30PM to 7:00 AM in Mirli wala kuan sabzi mandi any day you will find the mandi as a dustbin and it becomes very difficult for us to want on the road between that time...

Speed Car Help Line,This is to bring to your notice that I am having a Maruti Versa Car Regn. No. DL-9CJ-2551 was registered with you for on-road service vide membership number 68239.
Quite unfortunately, you have played a fraud on me by not giving any service at all on 28th & 29 September 2010. This has put in a situation wherein I am compelled to as for the refund of the amount paid by me towards membership, that is, Rs 499 vide receipt number 1321 dated 18 June 2010.
On 28th Sept - unfortunate day, I did called up your customer care at 1pm but till 6.30pm in the evening despite at least 50 calls no body came for servicing the call. Complaint number 468.
Further, your customer care kept on saying that "our mechanic is reaching Okhla", "he is in Okhla" but nothing came up. The same incident happened on 29th September 2010. Complaint number 500.
To further play a fruad on me - I was given a number [protected] belonging to Shift Manager "Gaurav" which was switched off. The height was that when customer care asked how to contact such a person if no body is servicing and above mobile is switched off they kept on repeating that you have to talk to this man only.
Kindly let me know if Speed is giving some service or is a sham organisation only handling calls and not providing any service.
Hope to get a reply at least this is one thing that you are doing.
