Servify — General Product insurance Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty Plan

I want to cancel my Extended warranty plan, as I am not satisfied with the Terms and Conditions.
As per our telephonic conversation with your executive team, I learned that this plan does not cover screen replacement of my registered phone.
Scopes of services that are included is not clear/definite, whereas the list of services that are excluded is very long (which means a customer has nothing to receive in return despite paying high premium)
Why Will I go with this plan when I paid more premium (more than my car insurance) and still not getting the desired service.
Considering this as a serious concern, I would like to terminate this policy.
Help me with a money refund
