Poor support/service

We called about a screen repair that would have been a same day service if the repair center wasn't 3 hours away. We opted to mail in the phone. We mailed it on 2/16/23. It was signed for at the repair facility on 2/17/23. I received an email on 2/20/23 that they had not received the device and repair was canceled. It took a week to get someone to respond to my email. I had tried placing calls daily, only to be on hold for hours. Well, like others, I work. I can't be on the phone all day long. I finally spoke to someone who said their was an issue with the IMEI number since the phone had previously been replaced by warranty. I let him know that the current IMEI number was the one submitted. I was told the the phone was there and being worked on. Another week went by. I still didn't have updates about the phone. Remember, this was only a screen repair for a cracked screen. I start calling and emailing again. I finally got someone to respond and tell me the order was canceled. I explained that had already been addressed. I was then told the case would be looked into and a notification would be sent in 24 hours. I received email two days later stating that the phone had been repaired and was being sent back. This was a week ago. received it 3/14/23. Guess what. They sent a new phone, which is fine. However, all my of information was on the phone and cannot be transferred without the other device. We were not told to do a factory reset or back up data for a screen repair. We were supposed to get out same phone back. So where is my device with my information? Nobody will respond to emails and being on hold for hours isn't an option. Samsung says talk to Servify. This is who Samsung uses for their warranty/repair. The is horrible service.

I have ordered airpod extended warranty - they have not share the agreement copy of it . Now Apple is claiming my warranty.

I have opted for AirPod extended warranty in this portal, they have not send any confirmation and aggreement copy too to my register email id [protected]@icloud.com . When i go for claim my warranty through apple, they are asking me the Agreement number / copy which i suppose to receive from Servify.me. When i reach servify, they ask me connect apple customer service . Without agreement copy apple is not supporting my request. When i email them no proper responses

November 2019 purchased a 1 year extended warranty for a phone.
Supposed to cover electrical malfunctions and extend manufacturers warranty.

General Product insurance Samsung Care+ Extended Warranty Plan
I want to cancel my Extended warranty plan, as I am not satisfied with the Terms and Conditions.
As per our telephonic conversation with your executive team, I learned that this plan does not cover screen replacement of my registered phone.
Scopes of services that are included is not clear/definite, whereas the list of services that are excluded is very long (which means a customer has nothing to receive in return despite paying high premium)
Why Will I go with this plan when I paid more premium (more than my car insurance) and still not getting the desired service.
Considering this as a serious concern, I would like to terminate this policy.
Help me with a money refund

Just a nightmare, 0 communication unless its to collect.
PLEASE FOR ANYONE THAT IS INQUIRING ABOUT THEIR SERVICED DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCT. FIND A LOCAL PLACE, THIS IS NOT WORTH IT. HAD TO RESCHEDULE TRIP DUE TO THEM LYING ABOUT WHEN I WOULD GET MY PHONE.
I originally purchase the warranty for my Oneplus 6t directly from the Oneplus website back in 2018. My phone took a fall recently that shattered the back glass, so I gave them a call they guided me threw the steps necessary to ship them my phone, getting back with me within the day. I have an email stating that they will contact me when my phone arrived, good thing I'm able to track the package with UPS, the phone arrived at their facility Tue 08/11. Since I did not hear from them I reached to them on 8/15 they responded, the same day
"We would like to notify you that your device has reached our service facility and the same is under repair. We would like to confirm if the passcodes or lock pattern were removed from the device? In case, if you have not, kindly help us with the same as it will help us diagnose the device." - Mahesh Negi
Then they kept asking me for my unlocking code for "Diagnostics". Then on 8/21 I get an email stating
"Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, as we check, there has been a delay due to the unavailability of the required parts. We shall update you once we receive them and the device has been repaired." - Mahesh Negi
This made no sense to me because on 8/15 it was getting repaired already. On 8/24 I email them I stating that I want my phone back by 9/25/2020, I did not get a response, so I call them on 8/25 asking for them to ship my phone back ASAP even if it's not fixed, the rep. tell me to give him 2 days to resolve this. I tell him I don't mind waiting I just need my phone back by the 5th of September. On the 8/27 I get an email
"The repair is currently under progress and it should be repaired shortly. We shall update you shortly." -Mahesh Negi
my phone is "currently" being repaired again. Finally, on 8/29 they send me an email that repairs are done and ready to be shipped, I correct the shipping address because of course my address isn't even there, and they send me a bill. On 8/30 they send me the same email from the day before, so I tell them that I will pay them when I get my phone back. On 9/1 They email me
"Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to ship the device until the payment of the deductible is processed." -Mahesh Negi
So now they are holding my phone hostage unless I pay them first. Which under normal circumstances, I would not mind but when they keep me uninformed, keep my phone over 21 days, outright lie to me about the status of my phone, and only reach out to me to collect a payment, that's too many red flags. I have responded to them saying that I will give the ransom but they will have to guarantee delivery of my phone by 9/5/2020. I called them and they said that they would get it to me by the 5th if I paid. So while in the phone with Aakash Sunil Upadhyay (same person that told me my phone would arrive by Sat 5th of sep). After I paid they ignored the fact that I was leaving the country on the 6th and they got it delivered on the 8th of Sep. Almost like they waited on purpose so that it would arrive extra late.

Worst Service - My IPhone is with you guy for more than 40 Days now

I am writing this email to bring the kind of service the servify team is providing. I hope this is escalated to the right management people like @Prateek Hak or @Bharat Jain. I have raised a repair request on 8th July 2020 and my iPhone XR was picked on 12/07/2020. I am waiting for my phone for over a month now and there isn't any response from servify ever, every time I have to call and check for updates and even after escalating this multiple time some supervisors/managers like Mangesh, Bilal & Mustafa with worst customer service provide no sensible answers. All three of them promised a call back which I never got and didn't answer to my calls even after multiple attempts.
All this is happening after explaining my situation that working from home is tough without a phone, getting in touch with family and add to this my wife is expecting anytime next week is on another hand.
Such a worst service and depressing experience of customer service including managers with no previous experience to manage a situation and give an alternative solution.
And managers say there is no way to escalate this when insisted they say I can schedule a call back with his Manager but that schedule never comes to reality.

Acknowledgement number 3iagi362mw dated january 7, 2020. My phone is very much under warranty until august 11, 2021. My op6 was purchased directly from oneplus india online along with 2 years extended warranty as 1 year's manufacturer warranty. Apparently their extended warranties are passed on to servify through oneplus only. January 7, 2020 i was on the call and suddenly the call got disconnected and i was shocked to discover a dead phone....

I have raised a repair request for my iphone to servify india as part of vodafone iphone forever plan on 29th nov. My request no is lb2wrp0x68. My phone was collected on 30th nov and after numerous follow ups the status was updated as - device received at service center. There was no update after that and i called up customer service invariably everyday and there are just simply harassing by saying u will get an update which never happened and the same happened with emails sent to customer service. I feel i have lost my phone to these cheats. Need this to be resolved asap. I have also paid service charges to this fraud company. Looking at the other comments it seems like this is their business - cheating people of their phones

phone sent for replacement not delivered to service center
Hi my reference id: sq6wruugs5. My iphone xs max 256gb phone was picked up from my place on 18th november by pandu kumar ([protected]) and it is not yet delivered to service centre, customer care always say that please wait for 24 hours i am following up with them from a long time but i am not getting any resolution they are not helping me to get the issue resolved. The service centre is only 6km from my home and they are not able to deliver it till now i don't even know where my phone is i feel like i have lost my hard earned money

The same has happened with me. Servify is just cheating it’s customers. My phone had been collected and never been delivered to service Center and on top of that the status has been wrongly updated on their website. My repair request LB2WRP0X68 has been pending since 1 week and no one is providing me a clear answer. Customer service is just useless and sitting there for wasting customer’s time and harassing them. I also feel I have lost my phone to these cheats. Shame on you servify. I am going to take you to courts and make u pay

delay in delivery of my phone
I had went to oneplus service center that is near my office for screen repair of my oneplus 6t device on 5th nov'19. They said i can collect the device within 2 hours as device will be repaired by that time. Since i was busy i asked if it could be delivered since my office was only 1 km and i was very busy to collect. So they suggested to go through servify pick-up and drop facility through oneplus care app. I called servify help center and they said device will be delivered within 48 hours. So i chose this service. This was the biggest mistake i had made. My device was collected on 6th nov'19 and till now (12th nov'19) i have not yet received my device. Whenever i call servify helpdesk, another status is given again and again contradicting the previous one.
Also on oneplus care app under the tab under "get a service estimate" when i chose physical damage- display damage, it showed "free" of cost repair, but after estimation the service center informed me on 6th nov'19 that it would cost inr 8350. I even paid that amount on 8th nov'19 hoping to get the device delivered that day. But now servify helpdesk told me to track through bluedart. I do not understand if they can send their employee to pick-up the device, why not send them to drop also.

They lost my brothers one plus 6t. Which i gave them for repair.
First there 9 days delay in repairing the phone
Then after repair i even paid them the repair charges... And then few days after delays they said phone has been dispatched. And gave me courier number. But tracking showed no progress
Then after few days later agent from one plus said they lost my phone (Has gone missing or misplaced) during transit to courier
And from 1 week they saying they gve my imei to police for tracing.
I have patiently waited for almost a month
Eitherway the servify company was careless enough to lose my phone
Why should a customer suffer for a company mistake
I think i deserve a new phone of equivalent model and also extra compensation.
For harassing and torturing customer in name of investigating and keeping a person without a phone for a month.

I had purchased oneplus device on 1st july, 2019.. And also purchased servify protect plan through oneplus website yesterday july 22..
So i downloaded oneplus care app and got to 'already purchased plan' banner option... And entered device date..
Then i entered activation code which i got in email and sms... But unfortunately it showed 'this code is invalid error'

I have sent my 10. Or g 32/3gb model (Go grey) to servify inorder to get my broken display repaired on 10/12/2018 via bluedart courier services.

I had received a call from their service center on 22/12/2018 saying that the repair amount to be paid was rs 2695/-
But they haven't started the repair of my device till date. I do not have any backup phone or standby devices to use necessary needs like whatsapp, or google duo in order to video call my friends etc.. It's already been 2 week after i have sent my phone for repair still there seems to be no progress. I need my phone back atleast within this week. Please kindly look into the problem and help me get my phone repaired as soon as possible.

one plus 5t screen cracked
Pathetic customer service.
In have been trying to get my phone repaired from past 10 days and here is the brief explanation of what has happened till now.
Issue: screen damaged, claim raised as it was under warranty
From my side : i raised the claim with pickup and drop service. My location was bhopal and the system selects the service centre in gurgaon as confirned by the customer executive.
I cancelled the request because the nearest service centre showed by one plus care app was in indore and tried opting for carry-in but was unable to do that because it was grayed out. I again selected the pick-up and drop-off for indore centre. Turns out indore centre doesn't support pick-up and drop-off plus does not look into phone under claim request again confirmed by customer executive.
Back to square one : now i am again trying to select the pick-up and drop-off but system is not showing any options to book repair. I am trying to get the pick-up and drop-off serivce through customer care but they are also unable to do it from past 4 days including sunday.
Now my question is if the customer care and the back-end team is unable to do it, then who will??

My oneplus 5t 's screen got cracked and when i sent it for repair on 22/11/2018 and i got a call from oneplus team that the device was not covered and i will have to pay inr 8500 and will have to sort it out with servify. When i called the servify customer care today around 1300 hrs i was told that as i did not activate the accidental warranty it will not be covered however when i told the customer service rep that i had activated the service and on the app it showed that the device is under warranty then how is it not activated, then i was told that the app should have showed accidental warranty active and if it did not show that i should have call their c. S team. When i asked to speak to their supervisor/manager i was bluntly denied.
If it was not activated then why would it show device under warranty so finally i will have to bare the repair cost inspite of paying these thugs inr 2200
These people are frauds, and their customer services is absolute #.

not repairing my handset

My phone had touch issues at the top and notification bar. I sent to tenor service centre through servify.in
On 9th august 2018 i sent my phone and till date (27 oct 2018) i didn't received my phone back, as the status is showing that parts pending. I urged them to send my phone unrepaired. But neither they are repairing my handset nor they're sending it back.
What should i do?

device not delivered after repair

- device pickup : monday september 10th, 2018
- device collected by logistics executive of servify agent m d kalam with matching secret code f3be3c after providing his identity and the same delivered to authorized service center.
- status up-to morning today (24/09/2018) - oc (Fedex)
- status now (12 noon today) - cancelled (Fedex)
- dated 17/09/18 a person from [protected] called me at 2.31 pm that the mobile is ready for delivering to my office address. But after that no information gave about the device. I called 10. Or g customer care 9 time but they are unable to resolve the problem. It was understand, talk to their customer care executive, that they haven't any in their hand to help their customers.

insurance claim fake
My mobile(OnePlus 5) got liquid damage and internal parts are drowned. When I claimed Servify insurance they gave an estimation of 37000 for my OnePlus 5. Now they are saying that only depreciation amount 18500 will be covered and remaining 18000 I have to pay. While choosing plan they say that only 750 have to be paid for admin fee. But after claiming insurance you say only depreciation amount shall be paid for damages and repair. This is ridiculous and cheating people by this servify plan. Even this "depreciation" sentence is not even mentioned in terms and conditions of the plan. I need justice immediately.

10 or e under warranty mobile is not return till 13/9/2018 but shows their website return on 10/9/2018

Full description of the incident : i raised the complaint my mobile getting poweroff when i am on the call (Even power is more than 75%) once the mobile got switch off i need power on the button with power button and volume up key so i raised complaint and they took the mobile on 31-aug-2018 near by my office around 3:00 pm ist, even i requested and wrote on the box of the mobile please call me to discussion the mobile issue. They didnt call, later when i check their website https://me.servify.in it shows that mobile pick date shows :sun sep 02 2018 when gave the mobile on friday but their website it shows sun 2-2018 later i didnt get any response then i called to customer carer they told me that they are escalating on this 1sep 10 2018 later also i didnt get any response when i checked on 13 sep 2018 it shows the return to customer mon sep 10 2018 but till now i didnt get my mobile no response from the custome care and service center.

10 or g is under warranty but they are taking too much time
I have submitted my Tenor G via servify.in on 9 July 2018.
I have talked many times with their employees but they are giving only one answer that device is under digonising process so your phone is not repaired.
Now it's too long more than 11 days and you can imagine life without android phone.
Kindly update me what to do next.
Problems:

The product is under warranty. I have raised a sevice request on 23rd june 2018 (Saturday) for pickup on monday (25th june). But no one came so far, only every day its showing pick up is reschedule for next day.
Who will wait for 9+ days just for pick up. If i do the repair from local store, warranty will be void. So make sure you repair (First pick up) the phone quickly.

pathetic customer service

I have called service couple of times in a day to complain about the oneplus 3 performance and battery drain issues. Person on call was unable to speak or understand what I was explaining and was getting angry on me in reverse. I requested to talk in other languages like Hindu but he didn't. When asked for superior, made me wait for 20minutes on call and finally agreed for callback As his supervisor was busy. So assured I will get callback in an hour which I did not get for whole day.
Same thing repeated on another call again at 8:50 pm same day.
Before calling I emailed support but was same like call.
Finally waste of spending additional money for extended warranty and have to take back my device with same faults in it.

servify oneplus 3 service long delay

I gave my phone for repair to servify. The pickup was very quick and it was done on 5th jan 2018. Post that, i have written 7-8 times to their customer support help desk and called then 7-8 time. Always i got the same response "sorry for the inconvenience. We will be providing the update in next 24 hours." the no updates.
When, i tried to track my application via servify mobile app. That was the mobile app i have ever seen. Status changed every day. I have attached the screenshots below.
I have paid rs. 8854 15 days ago.in. Still, no idea when my device will be returned to me. On 15 jan-2018 status was your device have been repaired and will be delivered on 16-jan-2018.
Now on 19-jan-2018, they updated the status canceled "waiting for the parts".
No idea when my device should be handed over to me.
Customer support of servify is good for nothing. You will never get any satisfactory answers form them. I am attaching conversations that i have had with the servify.
Guys, please don't use servify. It would be worthy to visit service center directly.
