Servify — phone sent for replacement not delivered to service center

Hi my reference id: sq6wruugs5. My iphone xs max 256gb phone was picked up from my place on 18th november by pandu kumar ([protected]) and it is not yet delivered to service centre, customer care always say that please wait for 24 hours i am following up with them from a long time but i am not getting any resolution they are not helping me to get the issue resolved. The service centre is only 6km from my home and they are not able to deliver it till now i don't even know where my phone is i feel like i have lost my hard earned money

The same has happened with me. Servify is just cheating it’s customers. My phone had been collected and never been delivered to service Center and on top of that the status has been wrongly updated on their website. My repair request LB2WRP0X68 has been pending since 1 week and no one is providing me a clear answer. Customer service is just useless and sitting there for wasting customer’s time and harassing them. I also feel I have lost my phone to these cheats. Shame on you servify. I am going to take you to courts and make u pay
