I am writing this email to bring the kind of service the servify team is providing. I hope this is escalated to the right management people like @Prateek Hak or @Bharat Jain. I have raised a repair request on 8th July 2020 and my iPhone XR was picked on 12/07/2020. I am waiting for my phone for over a month now and there isn't any response from servify ever, every time I have to call and check for updates and even after escalating this multiple time some supervisors/managers like Mangesh, Bilal & Mustafa with worst customer service provide no sensible answers. All three of them promised a call back which I never got and didn't answer to my calls even after multiple attempts.
All this is happening after explaining my situation that working from home is tough without a phone, getting in touch with family and add to this my wife is expecting anytime next week is on another hand.
Such a worst service and depressing experience of customer service including managers with no previous experience to manage a situation and give an alternative solution.
And managers say there is no way to escalate this when insisted they say I can schedule a call back with his Manager but that schedule never comes to reality. Was this information helpful? |
