I have booked 2 tickets for me and my wife to watch the movie at Asian Cineplanet, Komaplly for the 7:30pm show - screen 1.
The Air condition system was stopped after sometime during the movie and we faced chaos situation with heavy sweat.
We have requested the staff to start the start the AC system, but no one responded and not started the AC system
We demand a serious action on the Asian Cineplanet, Kompally management in this regard and return our money.
