Set Top Box — STB is not provided by the dealer after several requests.

I am residing at Water Supply Road, Agartala West Tripura and the name of my cable dealer is Sri Gautam Singha. I have requested several times to provide the STB at my home but he is not. Now the cable line is cut.

So please help me to short out this problem.
